Saints row was cool but trust me, APB Reloaded blows it out of the water. Character customization, maps, online capabilities is amazing even in the free version.

Tried to make it so all the bots had the shield rpg combo... they didn't cooperate haha. Most just ran around with knives. Plus some how guns popped up even though I put on restrictions.
 
I'm way behind the times. My gaming backlog is too large. Dead Space 2 at the moment.

At this rate, I won't have to do any PC upgrades for a long time. :p

There is nothing worse than a friends massive enjoyment in a game and being stuck there bored out of your skull. Even with most games that I thoroughly enjoy, I can't play for more than an hour or two max. Fallout and Elder Scrolls have been the two exceptions to the rule.
 
Just got back into Battlefield 3 on the XBOX. God I missed that game. Waaaaaay much more enjoyable than any of the COD series, imo.

Why "earn" a helicopter as a killstreak award when you can fly one instead ;)

I played this for a few hours last night. Got into one game real late so I decided to snipe and see who I could get. There was like 10 seconds left before the other teams tickets ran out and I saw a guy drive past me full speed in a jeep. Took a random pot shot at him and nailed him with a headshot from about 55m away and watched as the jeep slowly came to a stop. It was epic.

the first time I played that game I was with my best friend and his brother.
we all took turns trying to fly the helicopter and everytime we had a full load of people we took off and literally went up, somehow flipped it 90 and crashed 15 seconds later. I could not stop laughing because my friend patrick went first and we were insulting his intelligence then it was me and then his brother. Good times lol

Ya that sounds pretty bad ass. Plus it sounds a little more realistic. MAYBE less quick scoping haha.

Way more realistic for sure. Pace isn't quite as fast either. Maps are big enough to actually allow sniping to happen (amongst all the other ****ing awesome things there are going on). Feels good to shoot down a chopper with a tank :)
 
Battlefield i noticed thar after playing for a while and then switching to cod. My game increases dramatically..... battlefield iss that much harder...

otherway around for me man. cod made me better at battlefield lol. i think it has something to do with the playing style of the two. cod is stupid and requires ridiculous reaction speed and twitch movement accracy. battlefield is a lot better and requires more team effort and strategy. and its a little slower paced too. i think the developed twitch speed just gave me an advantage when moving to battlefield

i agree, battlefield is harder. i like it a lot more though

Total agreement here. A few days ago I was playing BLOPS2 with my brother for a few hours on the PS3 and when he went to bed I switched over to BF3 on the 360 and for the first few minutes I felt like the game was moving in slow motion because I was so used to the twitchiness of black ops lol

I love it when you get into a game with a squad that knows their ****. Teamwork and tactics is what its all about. And playing the objective. Usually all I play is Conquest and every once in awhile you'll come across a COD-to-BF3 convert that is obsessed with getting as many kills as possible. That's fine, but you'll score faster capping points!

Also the sound/atmosphere of BF3 is just ridiculously awesome. Cranking up the home theatre when the wife isn't home is like being in the middle of a war action movie.
 
Some fun games are: Russian Shot, Russian roulette(with blanks), Russian stairs(try to make it passed lvl 18 ), Beirut (American style), Nazi Shots(who can down more jäger bombs in 20 sec), quarters, and if we're really drunk we can do vegetable/fruit target practice of off cattle. Some times we end up eating steaks and Shish kabobs.

I like Grand Tourismo games for Playstation. Also GTA the one with Roman and Niko, also online card games.
 
Been playing BF3 now on the PS3 most nights... BF4 announced to come out this fall!
 
Been playing black ops 2 lately. Playing out of my mind. Anyone else want to team up for hardcore team death match?

BF4 looks stellar and Im stoked they are releasing it on the PS3 and not waiting for the next gen consul to come out! I bought the first dead island new and it is one of the only games that I thought was worth the $50 price tag. It was a long great game!
 
I'm only on the second chapter but if you liked the first dead island you will def like this one as well. Feels a lot like the first n picks up right where you left off. Start a lil slow once you off the boat in the beginning it just like the old one. You can even import your player from the first with the stats and skills you already had.
