Around 30 day mark on pct. haven't done flat
Bench in 4 weeks went in today and knocked out 250 for 5 with no problems! +25 from pre cycle!

no loss in strength at all? are you sure you haven't been sticking yourself in your sleep aka sleep-juicing?

Way to keep kicking ass and you weren't really swinging on those curls so much as bringing your elbows forward. Some swinging is okay as long as the return is controlled anyway.

No strength loss from the end of the cycle but some strength loss from my best point on. I put up 275 for 5 about week 6. Battled being I'll all cycle and I think it through a damper on my cycle. This was the first flat bench try in 4 weeks so it will only get better!

Incredible day in the gym today for shoulders. Came one rep short of matching my previous db military. I got 85 for 5 today. I started helping a buddy in the gym on Friday and he ended up getting a membership and will be lifting with me from now on. It has been really nice being able to push with a spotter. Strength this week has been crazy good and overall feeling great. I have a feeling I'll be able to blow past PRs soon now that I can really go all out.

Weight is still +16.2 at 178.4 today. What a successful cycle!
 
Nice work on the DB military #s,and I would say it was a definite success of a cycle!
 
I wish I had a spotter...nobody is willing to ago why they are doing at any given point in the day to go to my gym tho. So sad.
 
Nice workout and congrats on getting a partner will make things fun.

Thank you LK! Nice work! I haven't done decline in a bit but my decline is usually on par with flat.

Steroids are amazing, aren't they... It does go to show that you can keep a lot of your strength gains post cycle..

Definitely agree. I definitely keep way more gains bulking on a cycle then lean bulking. This cycle blew all cycles away for mass and strength gains.
 
I have to note this real quick. There is something about intimidate that makes me have insane dreams. They have been borderline trippy nightmares all week. I wake up and feel they were so real. This happened last time on this stuff too. Wtf?

I can't normally do sleep aids for this reason. Nimbus was bad. Elixair was bad. Millennium had one too...it was bad. Phenibut was bad. Lol only ones I've enjoyed so far were Powerfull, G8, and MAN REMPM.

When i was active duty they would give us malaria pills when we were out of the country. We nicknamed those "dream pills" because they would give us f'd up dreams.

Thanks bros! I'm going to make this cycle a recomp/lean bulk. Will start a full out bulk again next fall. Upcoming cycle:

Test e/mast e/npp/test p kicker

300/400/300/100 eod for 2 weeks.
will be my opening dosing but will adjust according to sides. The way I'm eating right now it will be easy to make serious progress just by slowly cutting back the carbs and cals. May 6th it's on bros and this summer is going to make last years transformation look weak.

I'm still at 178 but leaning faster than I expected. Will start tanning this weekend to prepare for the beach. Not gonna be burnt and miserable on vaca!
