most economical and easy way to get bcaa + eaa thruout the day?

I want to experiment if supplementing bcaa + eaa's throughout the day and especially in stressful moments will reduce the subjective feelings of said stress. Any thoughts on my theory and on the easiest and most economical way to go about this? I don't want whey, flavorings, or anything like that, just the straight aminos in correct ratio, Thx!
 
I don't think it will effect stress unless your susceptible to placebo. Buy unflavored bulk aminos. I'd probably just use 5g leucine by itself personally for the mtor response

Considering that it increases stamina during workouts, and workouts are a stress... The body really doesn't care where the stress is coming from. If bcaa and eaa keep the body anabolic, ie not catabolic, then that in and of itself means that it mitigates stress.
 
Bulk modern BCA from Nutraplanet are the cheapest BCAA around and I consume 4-5 servings a day. From name brands i have tried, these are just as good. I pre-make a few plastic bottles each morning (some with double dose) and bring them to work, in my gym bag, the car - whatever. WHen I need a mental boost, they are their..
 
Buy bulk bcaa/eaa in kilo sizes or larger and just scoop directly into mouth and wash down with a gulp of water. Personally, I scoop 10g of bcaas + 8g of citrulline malate into a 1 or 2 oz shot glass and shoot it into my mouth, then add water and gulp it down in one gulp and rinse my mouth with a little more water. Took me some practice but now that I got the hang of it is very fast, convenient and economical, and I don't have to bother with mixing, shaking, stirring, etc.
 
Also there is a cooking spray called Liquid Aminos. Could look into that. Its a type of soy sauce alternative. I spray it on just about everything I eat.

1, that it raises stamina
2, were actually going catabolic during exercise
3, bcaas reverse this catabolic event

It increases stamina because during exercise, plasma amino acids are rapidly oxidized to gluconeogenic and ketogenic substrates which can directly provide energy to exercising tissue. Catabolism is not synonymous with stress. Unless we're under stress from birth to death
 
i'm playing with a mixture of half scoop of humapro and half scoop of recoverpro intra workout righ tnow.....i like it so far, it gives the bcaa and eaa's your looking for, it's pretty affordable, granted your buying 2 bottles but at half scoops your getting like 180 doses of humapro and like 240 of recoverpro

Just eat normal protein balanced meals and use EAA/BCAA while training. Keep it simple and effective and affordable.
