Ok so it turns out today was back n abz, not chest. All slow tempo reps. It was rough to say the least. Also, I was rushed because of time so I had to throw in some SUPERSETS with no rest periods instead of regular sets.

Just wrapping up legs. Very solid workout. A little too long for my schedule though. Might be changing it up to HST three days a week, next week. I am sooooper busy right now...

Shoot man. Felt good to get it out of the way for the first exercise. I usually put it in the middle or near the end, at a point where stripping twenty+ plates is an exhaustive workout in itself! What can I say, I love leg days!

So today is turning into a cheat meal day. I really need to recover guys. I've been running super clean for the last 8 weeks. Had like 2 burgers and 2 bags of chips in that time frame! That's made a big diff. Went from 17% to 13%. But I am uncontrollably hungry today and I'm not gonna come over here and lie about my diet. I'm eating like a pig today and I don't care!

Lol, extremely jealous but I was eating like a slob for two weeks before I started this stack so u need it more than me.

Nope. He didn't leave room for us to mess around. I rebound quick though. I'll feel it for a couple days but by sat I should be back to 100%
 
Alright so Im hitting 4400 kcal's today. fats were a bit high, but thats ok, ive earned it... Protein around 300, and carbs, well lets not talk about that lol

Scratch that. ~3800 kcals. Somewhere around 100+ fats. 290 protein. And the rest carbs.....

Whoot whoot! Yup 400 bench. I have strength but I want more size. Thinking about powerlifting recently. My dead is pretty low, just over 400, bench is good, but I'm always weary of squats cuz I have a bad lower back. Need to look more into what weight class I could throw my hat in.

Saving the chest workout for tonight though cuz I have a buddy that goes in around then that can spot me

Great pump today. Abz are screaming. 1.5 scoops prodigy 3 hours after 1 cap of thermadex. I was and still am bouncing all over the place. No really heavy lifts today. Right shoulder started tweaking on me so I didn't push the shoulder work. Feeling good today. Will end around 2800 cals for the day.
