I would avoid the grain cereal before bed. I do eat rice or corn based cereal before bed when I carb back load.
Gluten free fruity pebbles?!?!?!? I had some of those post workout, this evening. :-D
Yes sir! I made some rice crispy treats with fruity pebbles. Added some light(as in vanilla) corn syrup for some extra awesomeness.
I personally try to not eat carbs for a few hours before bed. Cottage cheese or greek yogurt and a bigspoon of PB for some fats
