Ya man me too. High hopes for this

OK so heres my thoughts on AAV2 and Recompadrol. These seem to be very effective for me, I think they are so effective that I should be able to up my total calories each day. I think I can easily add 100 calories to each day, while continuing to progress just as quickly as I am. More calories for me means better workouts, mood, potentail growth during prep or at least better muscle preservation.

Maybe some EBF guys can chime in on this????
 
I would do 100 cal every other day until you hit a weight loss plateau

Hopefully able to eat an additional 300 to 600 cal per day

that many huh? would it matter if these calories came from protein fat or carbs. I was thinking a mix of carbs and fats 25c 10f addition maybe that would be 190 cals extra to start
 
Rather it come from carbs of going closer to maintenance

Use aav2 post workout with out recompadrol as then use more recompadrol post post workout. This should Prove more effective I believe

I do six meals a day. So do 1 recompadrol with each meal except post workout then 2 aav2 pre, post and before bed? Ill take the one extra recompadrol preworkout with my vitargo?

Decline ss Wide grip pullups

135x10 + 15
185x20 + 12
225x15 + 10
245x10 + 10
255x8 + 8

Incline db presses ss tbar rows

80s x 12 + 90x 15
90sx12 + 135x15
100sx12 + 180x10
80sx10 + 225x10

Flys and pulldowns superset 4 sets of 15 ea

side raises 4 sets

shrugs ss with tempo squats 5 sets ea

preacher curls ss with OH dumbell extensions 4 sets

was drenched in sweat by the time this was done about 1.5 hrs total

hit 225x20 today nice PR

Cardio was 20 minutes intervals on the step mill 1 minute level 16 1 minute level 11

weighed in 208 this morning after a "free day" yesterday

I was pleasantly surprised actually. Mixed good tasted good no chalky weird taste LOL. No bloat just nice full feeling. Im going to try 50g tomorow with a recompadrol pre workout plus MAX PUMP and see if I can get some crazy veins LOL

rack pulls, wide grip pull ups, db rows deadstop style, pulldowns, weighed chins, db curls, spider curls?

played around with the ab wheel today I love that thing

NOTES
* vicious pump
* definilty "feel" better
* thinking about changing my routine to Day 1 chest/back cardio/abs 2 legs tanning, 3 shoulders/bis/tris cardio abs 4 active recovery/off

low days have 3 carb meals so Ill do 1 cap before ea carb meal. Wich is post workout and meals 4 and 5

100mg is where I start to get emotional!Its good its not bothering you!

So you're at day 4? Carefull with the ostanish. Used it in my pct and nips got a little sensitive and I was using nolva even. Had to drop dosage to 10. Just my 2 cents...

SuppD was good. The pump was appreciable. Endurance was where it really shined. Stim was improved over the last blend but I still needed two scoops to get moto. Reminds me I still need to put up my review for it! Finished off my tub today

Leg day

tried a HS "squat" machine today the thing was the Balls. Worked up to 12 plates x 6 then a drop set from 12 to 2, was shaking and $hit attempted hack squats after 3 sets of 12 at 4 plates barely..... legs were smoked
