Dan's recomping with MassHGH and Recompadrol

Hey guys just wanted to get this up and going before I go to bed. Quick overview...basically my story is I've put on alot of size this year an unfortunately some fat has came along with that. I've been bulking/recomping with mini cuts for the last 9 months which is when I decided to get serious about diet. I've been in and out of the gym since I was 16. But always ate like sh1t. So long story short ive made some great progress but still have a good ways to go.

ill be dosing 6 recompadrols a day spread out over 6 meals a day, And 2 before bed on days I only get 4 meals in. and 3 massHGH's before bed everynight. I usually stick pretty close to the 2800-3000 kcal mark everyday. Ill go into more diet detail tomorrow, but it's usually around 300P/100f/60-80c. Training is MD style 4 days a week and cardio 3 days a week.

Subd broham- I enjoyed my time with masshgh (noticed more sleep benefits than body comp changes), interested in how it treats you. Haven't tried recompadrol

Hell yeah! Got some good company in here. I'm gonna try to make this as detailed as I can so if it gets a little lengthy sorry lol. Today's chest/cardio day here in about 30 minutes. Super groggy this morning. I don't know if the masshgh kicked in that fast or I just got a sh1tty nights sleep lol.
took 1 Recompadrol with 2 pc. Gluten free cinnamon raisin bread and a whey shake for meal #1 this morning. Getting ready to go hammer the ol chesticles.
 
I killed chest today also. A little abs in there too.

Lol I hear Ya. I use really short rest periods so its pretty much like cardio. Usually it's about an hour after my morning meal. My morning meal is my smallest meal of the day. It's pretty much just to get something in my stomach.

Went in and smashed chest today. In and out fast. Diet today is 2750 cals. 370p/100f/100c. (25 gluten free. The rest from almonds , whey, and a multi grain English muffin in my post workout meal.

4 pcs turkey bacon, 3 egg whites, 1 pc reduced fat provalone cheese and 2 scoops ON mocha cappachino. (Fugged that spelling all up lol)

BB bench press- 3 sec. Descend 2 "seconds in the hole" and explode up. No spotter today so I took a little longer between sets. Usually only 45 seconds I took 90 seconds today.

Good stuff man - my wife's been getting fresh eggs from someone she works with that raises chickens

If memory serves me, when I started MassHGH, the first couple days were a bit groggy getting up, but it cleared up for me. I don't know if you've tried 3Z or HGHPro - but this seems to fall right in the middle - 3Z knocks me out, HGHPro makes a little sleep feel like a lot, & MassHGH is somewhere in the middle - it doesn't rocket me out of bed like HGHPro, but I'm not dragging a$$ like 3Z can do if I don't get enough hours

Same here LizKing, except for the first day. My adrenalin was high due to meeting I had coming up, so maybe that countered it, but days 2-4 were groggy days. Then smooth sailing.

Thanks brotha. Those declines ain't no joke lol. I got a new "look" from someone today when they saw me struggling with 185 on the bench lol. If they only knew...

I figured I should list the supps I'm taking and how i use them since I forgot earlier.

1st thing AM -1-1.5 scoops PES alphamine

Meal 1-
1recomp cap/2 scoops ON gold standard.

PWO- you'll see me shuffling alot of PWO's. But I always add 5gr SNS mono and 6.5 gram CM.

Intra- USP modern BCAA 2 scoops

Post work out meal 1-2 recomp cap

5pm(ish) 1.5 scoop alphamine

And the rest of my recomp caps spred put with meals or before bed.

MassHGH- 3 caps before bed.

Lol I don't know about that. You got me into MD training so your pretty cool in my book. Plus you and breezy are my go to gluten free question guys. I just have some cool azz brosef's in here.

Had some pretty bad GI issues tonight. Nothing has changed except for the addition of Recompadrol and masshgh. Hopefully it's just a "first day or two" kind of thing!

I just let one rip doing abs a few days ago. It was like a duck on loudspeaker. Ya I kept going like nothing happened lol.

ROFL!! So glad I lift alone. Back when I was eating a crap ton of barley every day, I had gas so bad could gag a maggot and I'd be letting em loose on squzts, dl's, bench, you name it. Just about gassed myself out. lol
 
Take it at bed away fom food or take it with the meal so long as its protein and fat only this should help

1 pill away from food PM
1 pill with protein and fats 2x a day
And 2 before bed on an empty stomach sound right.

I've been taking it 30 minutes prior to meals. No issues to date.

Haven't really had too much overlap where I am taking it with meals, so can't comment if taken with food.
