Back Thickness Wide Grip Cable Rows x5
Biceps - Curls x5
Rear Delts - Rear Lateral DB Swings or Reverse Fly Machine x5

Thtat's one helll of a lot of protein powder, Holy fug!! What's the matter you don't like food :)

Well not yesterday anyway. I ate a ton of tilapia last night but had not been to the store recently so was out of grub to snack on up here. I always get in at least half of my protein from mixed source powders. It is just cheaper and easier. Last night though the wife picked up about 4-5 lbs of beef for me, and tonight we are having pork loin steaks WooHoo! We shall see what I do about lunch today it may just be more protein powder.

Right now as part of my daily starter I do 1.5 scoop isolate mixed with 1.5 scoop casien when taking all of my morning supps. A nice 77 gram protein boost to start the day. I don't typically have any time to cook in the AM the schedule is already very tight so it is either powder or not eat in the AM which I know is an option. However yeah yesterday was predominantly protein shakes and that is okay by me. With the power of PX Black behind me hunger is a non issue.

this, coming from the man who does 1500cal consuming burn days :stick:

:p

Not anymore they are more like 1800 to 1900 to make room for more fats... and the reason I idd that was so I could eat more on non-burn days. Oh yah I like to fuggin eat :) Yam fries again tonight Whoo hooo!!!

Nice! I can't wait to be closer to my fat goal so I can regularly have stuff like that. I wonder though how good would those fries be with some melted Coconut Oil on them, then you don't have to worry about the Olive Oil turning into a ton of free radicals if it gets over 300 degrees. Seems coconut oil and sweet potatoes would probably mix nicely.

You use very little olive oil, it just doesn't take much maye a Tbsp... if that. I am betting a lot of it stays in the pan as well.

As far as the free rads go with olive oil, if I'm not mistaken, the type of olive oil you use determines its smoke point, which is where the free rads are released. Some say that EVOO's smoke point isn't until past 375 which is past the temp you need to make fries. I recently invested in coconut oil though so most OO will be out of my diet unless in raw form anyway (salads).

Yeah do you use a sprayer? My boss brought up this bad ass olive oil spray bottle sprays it in a fine almost aerosol type mist. Had a pump on the side to increase pressure was pretty awesome.

No I just put a bit in the plastic bag with the spices and shake it up. A lot probably stays in the bag as well.

exactly right here
they make a lighter version, specifically for baking/cooking that allows more heat to be used
nice info ;)
coconut oil does have a higher heat point tho, tastes great for cooking as well

Yeah for cooking the more refined the oil is the higher the temp. For cooking might as well go with just plain virgin and save the Extra Virgin for the raw applications like salad dressings and what not.

Ha I don't use any oils. 90% of my cooking is on the George foreman lol

Ha I don't use any oils. 90% of my cooking is on the George foreman lol

BOOM!!!!
Oh yeah that is where I do most of my cooking too. Most of my fats come from almonds, fish oil, and whatever is in the meats I eat. I do put Coconut Oil in my shakes on occasion but I prefer almonds since they bring up my fiber content.

Lol it's just so easy. I Have a routine down. Get home from the gym throw 25-30 oz of chicken and 8-12 oz oz of talapia on the George, jump in the shower and get ready for work then just throw it in some Tupperware for lunch/dinner.

My problem with Almonds is I want to eat a boatload, I find that eating so few is frustrating...

Haha I'm the same way. I usually eat 2 servings lol

You guys are nuts! See what I did there?

Okay so today was a rushed workout, our power went out last night and I wasn't sure if my son was up to reset his alarm. So I was tripping that he might not get up. I kept calling him and he wasn't answering so I left the gym about 20-25 minutes early. That basically cut Quads out of my workout today. I did do some calves as you will see here in a minute. Oh yeah I also dumbly forgot my workout log so I didn't write anything down. Hell at least I got in there.

Wake Up 4 Max Pump, 2 PX Black, 2 scoops BCAA SAA, head to gym about 15-20 minutes later

5 minutes Elliptical
Upper body general warm up
Bench- 12, 10, 8, 6, 15
Standing Shoulder Press 12, 10, 8, 6, 15
Dips 12, 12, 12, 12, 14
Calves 12, 10, 8, 6, 15

So not too much to tell here I made sure that my last 3 sets on everything I was pushing nice and hard to get my reps. My chest had a massive pump on it by the 2nd or 3rd set, when I got up. Standing Shoulder Press I did 135x6 on the last work set this was the first time I have attempted these since they screwed my shoulder up a couple months back. I definitely felt them where the injury was but only slightly. I was trying to feel it out and will gradually increase my weights back up to their prior glory if possible. If not I will stick to machines for shoulder presses. No big deal... DIPS went well with relatively short rest periods 62 total dips not AMAZING but nothing to sneeze at either.
Calves were just working them nothing major to speak of, I was using most of the stack at the end.

Okay here are a couple shots from before and after the workout. One set is calves and I can tell you they are pumped up crazy. The other is triceps which were huge but the lighting in the pictures almost makes it hard to tell. Funny I have been pissed with myself for being "CHUBBY" right now but in these pictures I don't really look that chubby. My waist must be a little slimmer. I still have a plenty of work to do but at least I don't actually look like a slob.

It is a HUGE phone isn't it, that is the Nokia Lumia 920 Windows phone. I really like it but am going to give it up to my daughter to get my Android back from her since the tapatalk and stuff for Android works well and all the new programs for the windows phone are lacking a bit. It will catch up but I don't really have time. Next phone purchased will be a Samsung Note 2.

Thanks AB! Trying to get like you. :D

Nope, I don't think Loise ever actually gave it up. He even took her to the Fortress of Solitude and she still wouldn't get nude!

Nah, I just use an elevator anymore.

Just because you have been known to wear tights and knee high latex boots doesn't make you Super Man! Jus Sayin!

Now that is funny! Snags looking studly in the new AVI!

Okay, hit the gym today it was a hell of a workout, I did all new exercises today other than leg extensions. I mean I have done these before but they have been out of the rotation for a bit so CNS was far from efficient at them. Diet has been very low carb and high protein moderate fats for the past week and today I am carbing up. Goal is to approach 300 grams, nothing major. I dropped back down this week and lost another 1.5 lbs down to 209, but very depleted. I felt pretty week today so this carb up could not have come at a better time. Of course I have to consider that I was doing new exercises so things would not be as high as normal but the low calories and carbohydrates also played a large part in my performance today.

Starting Monday I kick of my 1-Alpha and 550-XD run and things should really pick up. Once I do that it will be a little higher carbs than lately but not extreme and have some small refeeds twice a week or when I see fit. I will put up some pics of me Monday or Tuesday and use them as my before pics for the run. I am expecting to add my mass back pretty quickly once I actually have some androgenic / anabolic hormones in my system. My testosterone levels have felt completely sub par ever since I stopped my last run and I really think I would balloon back up as soon as I have some hormones coursing through my veins. I am very excited to get started just holding off so I can get bloods that verify my levels are not back up to a mid level normal. I am probably in the "normal range" IE 300-800 but I really don't even think I am up to 500 which is about what a 50-60 year old would be at. Not okay with me...

So todays workout was a back biceps and legs workout.

Wide Grip Lat Pull, 120x12, 150x12, 180x8
Neutral Grip High Cable Row - 180x10, 180x8

EZ Bar Curls 75x12, 85x12, 95x8, 85x8

Leg Extension 150x12, 210x12, 250x8
Wide Stance Squats - 155x12, 265x8, 275x8, 285x8

Holy crap the wide stance squats took over 100 lbs off of my squat. I understand power lifters use this stance a lot but I guess you have to really get used to it first so I will work at it a bit. See how I like them, or should I say if they seem to benefit me in the way I need them too.

2/23/2013

I have been trying to log for the last hour off my phone and damn kindle, neither appear to like this site... HEY anabolicminds how about making this site userfriendly to both the kindle fire and lumia phones... just sayin...
On that note, today has been first first day back to the gym since 2/7.. So that's why there is nothing posted from me since then regarding working out..

Today I hit it, and so happy to be back... Kinda... who really wants to make themselves sore as hell..
I think you will be seeing me post more since my work has designated me the go to on our fitness challenge... Unfortunately, I wont win considering they have the fittest/"skinniest" girl doing the trainings seminars..
Anyways, I do have to say even though I have not been as active in the gym, I have continued to take the PX black and yohimbine HCI. I absoloutely love it. PX black curves my appetite, which is soooo freaking AWESOME!! And gives me tons of energy, so I have been abusing my house since we got home from the gym..
So my exercises included..
Pull Downs - 50x10, 75x10, 90x10
Neutral High Pull Cable Row - 60x10, 75x10
BB Curls - 30x10, 50x10, 45x10, 40x10
Leg Extension - 40x10, 45x10, 50x10
Squats - 65x10, 85x10, 95x10, 95x10
Outter & Inner Hip Abductions - 50x10x3
Side Bends - 25x10x3
Side Twists - 25x10x3

I have managed to force myself to eat a big ol turkey sammich with a slice of fat free cheese and thinly whole grain sliced bread.

I am about to make myself eat some southwestern style and also cilantro and lime baked chichen and Broccoli for dinner... Enjoy the rest of your weekend all..
That concludes tonight's entertainment from the Queen. ;)

P.S. FINAFLEX.. I LOVE THIS VIDEO

Nutrition for the last few days. Yes I know I have had a couple drinks the last few days but has been in moderation. Rough week just taking a bit of the edge off. Yesterday was a rough one I took my 3rd PX Black a little later than normal and for the first time since I started using it I was unable to eat. I forced my protein and veggies down but there was just no way I was getting the carbs down. I wanted to make yesterday a carb up day but that did not happen. I need to increase my calories back up they have dropped off a bit. Not that I am stressing my protein has remained high but it is definitely a requirement to bring them back up. I may have to look at cutting back on my PX Black to 2 a day to get a bit more appetite. At this point it is simply me reminding myself I need to eat and not really me being hungry.

[h=4]Food Notes[/h]I do take 20mg aminos, pre and post workout that are never listed here due to minimal calories.

anytime you change up something you have to get used to it, give the wide stance a chance, lol

i agree with snag, some of you guys are getting worse than little girls with those g'dammed cell phones, geez!!!

Wasn't me it was her. However I do like to be able to post from my phone when waiting somewhere for something or whatever. However my main posts I want to do on a computer with a keyboard.

I'm still getting used to my kindle fire. Typing is tricky on this thing. Uploading pics to my thread is even worse lol.
