Here's my white bottle Pro Xanthine cut w/osta. Doesn't look pretty but it packs a punch. Kinda worried the PX Black will be slightly less awesome so I'm gonna stick with the White version for now...

Shoulder hurts like no ones business right now. Need to take it easy but its so hard to do that. Anyway, weight is up so the weekend recovery must have gone well. My cals today are around 2100 so far and around 3000 by end of day. PCT is over half way done and I've kept my weight and most of my strength so I'm pretty stoked so far!!!
 
Weight and strength are still strong. Shoulder feels better. Hurt my back tonight though doing squats. Whatever. 10 days left till I'm off this shytty tasting nolva. Feeling good though. IGF is a win in my opinion for pct! Definitely doing it next time. Take it at night during off days though because when I take it in mornings I'm out of it all day long! Loving the strength I got from this cycle and can't wait till June when I get on again!

I tweaked mine doing cleans, I am getting too lean for heavy duty lifting so have to get back to bodybuilding.
 
Starting to lean out ever so slightly!

Pct is almost over then I can really kick it into "let's build a six pack" gear!

Just keep the leaning at the recomp level for a while.

Working at maintenance cals or slightly above for now. Probably start cutting in 5 weeks and put up a new log for that when it comes time

Oh and by the by I cut out the osta last Friday. That leaves me with part of week 3 and all of week 4&5 osta free pct. Also this will be my last week on IGFLR3. Not sure how much I have left but 1mg lasted me the whole 4 weeks. Lastly this is my last week with nolva at 20, and I'll probably go through to week 5 with 10 per day just to finish off whats left of it. So far this has been an exceptional pct though the osta may be taken out next time. Not sure how much its effected recovery but I still feel and look fine. Boys are good, libido is way good.

One more week...

2800 cals for today but I'm still starving so ill probably eat one more meal and end around 3300

Looking good Broski! Leaner still have your size and a minimal drop in strength is to be expected even with a perfect PCT. Looks like you are recovering well.
 
Anyone have thoughts on a t3/albuterol cut with osta to maintain? Time: 5 weeks from now to run 6-8weeks?

Wks 1-3: T3
Wks 4-6: Albuterol
Wks 1-6: osta
Wks 7-8: rev black + DAA + ECA
 
T3 is very catabolic you should be running something more anabolic with it if you plan on not losing some muscle mass.

I heard most run anavar with it. Which is nice since its oral but still seems kinda weak. Thoughts?
 
The only reason to take things this far is if you're doing a show and you're short on time. You can get lean without this but var does add the hardness you would need for a show. So does Epi-v for that matter.
