It is probably the ingredient that most interests me in Recompadrol (as I've never used it in any product before I believe). This is a very nice deal on this product right now tho. :thumbsup:

How is the powder? As in does it taste like death (berberine, cissus, etc)?

It's a little chalky.

I add it into my food. So for example. I'm making ginger lemon garlic chicken today. I'm adding it in with the spices at 6g

It's got somewhat chalky taste very easy to get down.

Ok cool. If you do send some bulk to Nutra I'll grab and order and use it during my cut this spring most likely.
 
As if I'm not already on it.

EDIT: Bulk HCA would be cool. Could throw some in my protein pancake recipe. It's grown from 3 simple ingrediants to atleast 10 now.
 
Recompadrol deal is crazy good. Ran it once before and had great results.

I'd grab some bulk HCA and use it for my upcoming cut very soon. Getting things prepared as I'm typing this.

110g 3-5 g a day.

Will have ala in it.

1600mg pre meal and 2200 pre workout 1100 pre bed

110g bulk HCA with Ala in it... thats nice. I like the dosing schedule you put also. This would go very nicely with my cutting supplement stash I got planned (will be logging)

You get an A for doing your homework :D

I take it alone. Unsure how the ala will affect it bc that's pretty pronounce will try it out but it's not bad when adding even 600 mg into a lemonade or flavored beverages

I add 2g garcinia 50% to ever 1 lb meat

You've got it all down haha. I think the Ala would be a nice addition to HCA. Remains to be seen though. I will pry dose it alone as well.

HCA = Garcinia

Well HCA = Hydroxycitric acid which is what is extracted from Garcinia Cambogia

Ya my bad. Ive been doing a little researching on HCA and totally noticed I messed up on that. Thanks for the correction though man.
 
My cut starts Monday. And I'm going to be logging it. I wont say any supps as of now but with the HCA (garcinia) it ill be an intense cut :D

Creatine and test powder with 100mg ala is a bit sharp. Can totally tell its in there by slight throat burning but that's about it. Maybe a weird after taste but bearable if put in something flavored
