What is your favorite cheat meal?

Well for a carb up I just had parmesan chicken spaghetti and sweet potato fries. Your pancakes look good tho lol. (No homo).
 
I'm trying to imagine how I'd react if some ripped dude came up to me in chili's and asked me if he could take a picture of my food to put up on AM.

Not at all. its called moderation and a good diet. I have a cheat meal once a week. The buffet was not a cheat meal. i was really under kcals for the day because i had to work 3 hours longer than expected 7 - 5, then got off work and a buddy took me there, came home had a light meal, and i always pack a very small lunch at work because i dont have a microwave, and can only store things in a walk in cooler.

most of my meals around 1000 kcals (except if i have a pre-workout meal) which is like 500 tops just something light to get me through a workout. my meal frequency is a lot lower than most because i find it suits me better and has given me the best gains, energy, focus
 
Next time I shove a 14" pizza in my face in three minutes and my wife says I'm a fatso, I'm telling her The Solution said I'm still eating in moderation and I have a good diet.
 
Just had a great cheat meal. I ate two Wendy's jr cheeseburger deluxes and a small fry with a small chili.
I also had a jr frosty too vanilla flavor. That was my cheat meal for the week. Now its back to fish and chicken
to say healthy and maintain my current body weight. What are you guys eating right now? What's your cheat?

I love sonic or Wendy's for fast food. burgers or popcorn chicken from sonic, spicy chicken from Wendy's
 
My cheat meal for this Sunday is 50 traditional wings from bws for the superbowl. Not too epic...but better than the usual regime of chicken, oats, sweet potatoes, broccoli, greek yog, etc.

No, no. I was being funny and giving myself an excuse to shove a bunch of pizza in my face. I'm not knocking you man, I'm just being a clown.
 
Man after reading about 4-5 reply I'm starving lol but my Fav cheat meal can't really name one but to pick real quick pizza and hot wings!
 
Well in afghanistan my choice of cheat meals is very limited... It's primarily Lumpia/Chicken Egg Rolls/French Fries. There is some ****ty ass icecream but i'm not in the chowhall for dinner so it's kinda off the table.

it's obviously not doing you any harm! I admire your ability to be moderate, I lack that trait. I eat 100% clean 99% but when I get off the wagon I go ballistic lol. The last time was around christmas time I swear to god I was boarderline diabetic after all the cookies and pie I ate, I was swollen up like a freeking water balloon it was rediculous!
 
I cheated for a year and a half. Now I'm living vicariously through this thread. I'll start enjoying cheat meals again when I feel like I'm disciplined enough in my current routine.

I would say you go borderline from severe restriction (just a guess/assumption) what harm would a cheat meal be maybe once a week or every two weeks if you are not getting ready for a bodybuilding show and in your offseason or just looking to live a healthy lifestyle?

I'm saying I wish I could do it like you, but I always end up compulsively eating enormous amounts of junk when I cheat. Just the way I'm wired I guess

So if you went to a resturant and ordered an appetizer say with a friend and split it.
Then got an entree/salad to yourself
then got a single slice of pie or a brownie sundae and called it a meal

Would that be overkill?

Save it as your last meal and call it a day.

Everyone has a different definition of Clean IMO, there will never be a right or wrong answer depending on who you debate.

Also I would say a lot of gym goers (myself included at one point) over think and obsess over extremely clean eating, cheat because of cravings/skipped meals/poor preparation/bland meals etc., and then totally fall off the wagon

I think it definetely is people falling off the wagon bro when it comes cheating you really have to
balance out your food. I know for me I try to eat two cheat meals a week for sure that really helps
balance out my meals for the week. I like to really eat clean during the week to really keep my strength

After 6-7 spoonfulls is the 8th and 9th going to taste any better? Highly doubt it. Just like when you eat a slice of pizza, is the 2nd slice much better taste/satisfcation wise? not so much

Same could be applied to drinks... once you have 2-3 beers does the next satisfy your taste buds as much as #1 and #2?

^^ another way to look at moderation/self control (which some in here say they lack and fall off the wagon hard) may put it into perspective.
