Thanks bro... I have been well, just spending a bit of extra time with the family. So not online as much. This is my son's last season playing competitive hockey as he is almost 18 and will be off to college next year, so at the rink allot. Going to be weird when this season ends...its been 'our thing' since he was 4 years old.

That said still hitting the weights, and of course doing my runs 5 days a week - that will never change.

Log is already looking great so far...

So true my friend... and as nice as that would be, I just hope he continues to play...

Well took the crew to Cuba over new years.. Drank and ate lots... and for a couple of weeks before and after... damn holidays. So at the moment needing to shed some weight again, and of course always trying to cut body fat and add on lean mass.

Currently on a break from the supps - besides the staples.

Was thinking of running something a bit stronger that normal in March.

Decent sleep to start out the day. Waking up to a 2 lb weight loss so far.

Major DOMS today on my forearms. YES !
I am a big fan.

Warm feeling at rest continues. Wore a short sleeve shirt today to no avail.

Diet was better. I am satisfied with macros for today. I may need to up my calorie target to 2,100 on weekdays. Highlight meal of the day ? Big ole turkey leg. In the cafeteria, I had a choice between turkey leg and turkey breast. The leg looked so good. I had to try it. And it was delicious !

Still fasting till 12. It hasn't been hard so far. Hunger in check most of the day till now. I have to have self control not to attack the fridge. I maybe sleepwalking.

No bloating today. Less carb probably helped. Still no GI issues. Tried Vanillean alone after fast to see what it was like. No issues with capsaicin. I am enjoying the warm feeling as the capsule dissipates in my stomach.

Had energy, but decided not to do cardio. Already did 2 sessions this week. Plenty of time to fit 2 more in by Sunday. Worked shoulders and felt strong with huge pumps. Strength still maintaining through diet. Doing HS Iso shoulder to save my joints.

No major difference in mirror yet.

LOL.... I revealed myself last year in HS Incline Chest Press video after I felt better about how I looked. Click my YouTube name and you should be able to see videos posted last year.

Need to drop 20lbs before you get the full body shot this year. Haha.

I think I may stay on this HS for shoulders rather than do smith or militaries. Not as tough on elbows.

Nice, 16 hour fast is solid, proven, and extremely effective.
How is it working with this stack? Any GI issues?

So far so good. I ran and logged the EBF only stack last year for 8 weeks with no GI issues. Some issues can be seen if you mega dose anything with capsaicin on an empty stomach. Vanillean does give you a warm feeling in the stomach for 5 minutes after you consume it.

Good stuff do far man. I'm starving. Making chicken in crock pot so we will see how much I eat. 1200-2000 cals. 2-3 lbs chicken. Depends on how hungry I stay. May cut it at 2 lbs and eat a ton of pb

Wow, just checked out what you ate yesterday on your log. May give it s shot during summer. (The whole all day fast thing)
 
Bulking without addin fat will be tough lol I love to eat

I do lower fat bulks

I thought I was the only one!! I fast 16-20 hours.. Then have a GIANT post workout meal. Then 1.5-2 hours later a smaller lower carb meal, the close the window. But on Sunday's I tend ro have smaller more frequent meals. I have managed to add 12 lbs in 6 months while reducing bf.. Pretty solid IMO. slow and steady baby !

I have to try this method.. was always under the impression the body could not handle that much food at one sitting..
 
And sorry to hijack but Cheda/EBF do you consume just BCAA's throughout the day or can you have whey shakes (with water) throughout the day?
