Decent sleep to start out the day. Waking up to a 2 lb weight loss so far.
Major DOMS today on my forearms. YES !
I am a big fan.
Warm feeling at rest continues. Wore a short sleeve shirt today to no avail.
Diet was better. I am satisfied with macros for today. I may need to up my calorie target to 2,100 on weekdays. Highlight meal of the day ? Big ole turkey leg. In the cafeteria, I had a choice between turkey leg and turkey breast. The leg looked so good. I had to try it. And it was delicious !
Still fasting till 12. It hasn't been hard so far. Hunger in check most of the day till now. I have to have self control not to attack the fridge. I maybe sleepwalking.
No bloating today. Less carb probably helped. Still no GI issues. Tried Vanillean alone after fast to see what it was like. No issues with capsaicin. I am enjoying the warm feeling as the capsule dissipates in my stomach.
Had energy, but decided not to do cardio. Already did 2 sessions this week. Plenty of time to fit 2 more in by Sunday. Worked shoulders and felt strong with huge pumps. Strength still maintaining through diet. Doing HS Iso shoulder to save my joints.
No major difference in mirror yet.
