With versa, c20, and forskolin? U said u got new stuff- what's your stack at now?
Yeah. The new stuff is AP and micro (and probiotics), which I wouldn't really consider a part of the "main stack"...more or less staples I guess.
Gotcha. Hmm.. How long do u have left on forsk, versa, c20. U may just wanna bridge like your last week of those 3 into TP+micro..
I've got another month. I think I'll hold off on the TP (wish I never looked at it today lol) but throw in micro for Craze. I'll probably alternate pres a little this next month. I know I'll be trying Enhanced ASAP.
Love this mtn dog stuff! Need to try. Also <3 post workout meals haha
Why r u going gluten free? Reduces inflammation or r u allergic? I know it's not great for u but any particular reason?
I cant recall seeing many high fiber gluten free type foods :/

I recommend you do. I'm having the time of my life lol. We have a lot in common.
Thought I'd give a try, mainly for the inflammation. The Mtn. Dog himself and DW were influences as well.
Quest Bars (16-18g). I'm not sure about everything else I'm eating, but I do know the bagels have 3g.
I first started bc of its low GI qualities but now I do it bc I feel so much better and my waist is A LOT smaller. My waist is still around 32" and I'm hovering around 200lbs
I still get some on cheat meals I'll have but it's minimal
Gluten free foods r low glyc index?
Not all but most are. Example is Ezekiel bread, GI is in the low 30's. most "bread" based gluten free products are around the same.
Is all Ezekiel bread gluten free?
i never go behind the neck
I do, not a lot though or very heavy. The constant tension of those feels great.
To my knowledge, yes.
i bet. ive just read too many stories on neck/shoulder injuries.
Cool. I had thought so as well, but it's not on the 2 shelves marked gluten free when I go shopping.
I go to whole foods for the Ezekiel stuff, their selection is HUGE! It's a little more pricey but nothing earth shattering.
Cereal, Wraps, bagels, bread, English muffins, pasta & other odds and ends a few different kids.
Solid info thanks dw and breezy
No problem boss.
I think as hard as it might be to wait that you should just hold off on TP for now. You got an awesome combo now and it might be better served using the TP later. I do think you need to prepare for some great workouts with Micro tho. I've only used it a couple times but my training partner loves it and his endurance was insane with it. The nitrates and citrulline should be a very welcome addition to the Mountain Dog Training.
Also a big fan of Ezekiel breads. I believe I started getting it after following a Snag log and have been hooked on the cinnamon raisin bread for years now.![]()
Ezekial bread is awesome stuff.
Yes cinnamon raisin with PB on it toasted yum yum. Missing that stuff at this moment during my prep. I was surprised my coach took it out! Ever since going with Ezekiel bread I won't go back. Great great stuff

Ps- take one cap AP before bed at night.. Will dry u out and lean u up like no ones business.. Do it every night for continual effects
Thanks for the tip. I doubt I'll do it consistently (too many carb meals/not enough AP), but I'll definitely try it...probably tonight.
Yea I USED TO do 3 caps a day - 1 pre meal 1 pre meal and 1 pre fasted cardio. Then on days I didn't hVe fasted cardio I would use that cap at pre bed
I know I'll end up using 3 caps on some days. I might as well just order another bottle now lol.
Mhmm. Only bad thing usp did was reduce bottle sizeof AP :/ I wonder why![]()
Not sure, I'm guessing it's cost related. They started increasing everything else though. I saw earlier today that they doubled the size of Modern BCAA (at least added it as a new option), which is awesome.
Just thought I'd post this link after what was discussed yesterday. It looks like sprouted/Ezekiel breads might contain glutens.

Funny u posted that, my coach just linked that to me cuz out of curiosity I asked him why he took it out. Thanks breezy

I don't but their hype, I actually rolled my eyes when I read that thread.
It looks like FoodforLife makes a lot of gluten free stuff, but the Ezekiel products aren't included.
Unless marked "gluten free" ;-)
Eff I'm a tard, no I meant he sent me a link of an article he read . I can't pull it up on my phone but I just talked to him on the phone to confirm our appt for Saturday and he said there isn't enough evidence supporting either side, so he pulls it out for my prep. Ill gather some more info from him when I see him.

Cool. I'd love to see any info that you get.
Solid workout bro, nice to see new vascularity.
Made some awesome Pumpkin gluten free pancakes today, housed them post workout. A lot of good calories. I don't know if your into pumpkin or not but figured I'd throw it out there.
Thanks man. Agreed; I always welcome new veins. I was quite impressed with the micro.
Those sound pretty good. Don't you actually have a video on here somewhere making them? I still have a good amount of the AI pumpkin protein that I could use. I can't handle it in shakes anymore and should do some cooking with it.
