VERSA-1, Compound20, SS Forskolin-95 (8 weeks)

With versa, c20, and forskolin? U said u got new stuff- what's your stack at now?

Yeah. The new stuff is AP and micro (and probiotics), which I wouldn't really consider a part of the "main stack"...more or less staples I guess.

Gotcha. Hmm.. How long do u have left on forsk, versa, c20. U may just wanna bridge like your last week of those 3 into TP+micro..

I've got another month. I think I'll hold off on the TP (wish I never looked at it today lol) but throw in micro for Craze. I'll probably alternate pres a little this next month. I know I'll be trying Enhanced ASAP.

I had another solid workout today. My focus was on point and strength was up. My energy in the gym and throughout the day is picking back up as well. By the workout's end my shoulders were completely rocked.

BB Incline Bench (ROM: 2-3 inches from chest/no lockout)
2 warm-up x8

205x8

-I really just do these to warm my shoulders up, but I upped the weight a bit.

105x12
115x9
125x8

-I counted 10 reps with 115, but upon video review I only did 9. Weight was increased with these.

Omega egg/jalapeno chicken sausage/uncured turkey bacon/South African Smoke seasoning omelette on a gluten free bagel with a side of gluten free waffles. There's a minimal amount of organic maple/agave syrup on the waffles.

Love this mtn dog stuff! Need to try. Also <3 post workout meals haha

Why r u going gluten free? Reduces inflammation or r u allergic? I know it's not great for u but any particular reason?

I cant recall seeing many high fiber gluten free type foods :/

I first started bc of its low GI qualities but now I do it bc I feel so much better and my waist is A LOT smaller. My waist is still around 32" and I'm hovering around 200lbs

I still get some on cheat meals I'll have but it's minimal

I recommend you do. I'm having the time of my life lol. We have a lot in common.

Thought I'd give a try, mainly for the inflammation. The Mtn. Dog himself and DW were influences as well.

Quest Bars (16-18g) ;). I'm not sure about everything else I'm eating, but I do know the bagels have 3g.

True. I love quest bars forgot they r glten free as r some pure protein bars. I'll have to take a look around the store. We have trader joes all over too so I'm sure I'll find SOMETHING! niiice

Cool. I had thought so as well, but it's not on the 2 shelves marked gluten free when I go shopping.

I go to whole foods for the Ezekiel stuff, their selection is HUGE! It's a little more pricey but nothing earth shattering.

Cereal, Wraps, bagels, bread, English muffins, pasta & other odds and ends a few different kids.

I need to hit that place up then. I drive by it everyday, but have only been a couple times...kinda forgot about it. Sometimes I go to a local health food/supp store with a big selection, but the prices are pretty high.

I think as hard as it might be to wait that you should just hold off on TP for now. You got an awesome combo now and it might be better served using the TP later. I do think you need to prepare for some great workouts with Micro tho. I've only used it a couple times but my training partner loves it and his endurance was insane with it. The nitrates and citrulline should be a very welcome addition to the Mountain Dog Training.

Also a big fan of Ezekiel breads. I believe I started getting it after following a Snag log and have been hooked on the cinnamon raisin bread for years now. :)

Yeah, I agree it'd be best to wait. I've got plenty of things that I could run with it as well. I'm looking forward to a micro fueled workout in a little while. I actually took work off because I figured I'd be waiting for the cable/internet guy to show up all day (based on past experiences) and he arrived right on time.

I've been eating Ezekiel bread for the last year, but haven't tried the cinnamon raisin yet...I'll do that.

EDIT: I figured you'd be the guy to ask this question to. What do you think about 9 weeks of forskolin at 100mg vs 8 weeks going over 100mg.

Ezekial bread is awesome stuff.

I like the English muffins too.

Yes cinnamon raisin with PB on it toasted yum yum. Missing that stuff at this moment during my prep. I was surprised my coach took it out! Ever since going with Ezekiel bread I won't go back. Great great stuff

I'll give that a shot as well, probably with almond butter though.

Just thought I'd post this link after what was discussed yesterday. It looks like sprouted/Ezekiel breads might contain glutens.

Thanks for the tip. I doubt I'll do it consistently (too many carb meals/not enough AP), but I'll definitely try it...probably tonight.

I know I'll end up using 3 caps on some days. I might as well just order another bottle now lol.

Mhmm. Only bad thing usp did was reduce bottle sizeof AP :/ I wonder why :(

Not sure, I'm guessing it's cost related. They started increasing everything else though. I saw earlier today that they upped the BCAAs per serving of Modern BCAA (at least added it as a new option), which is awesome.

Funny u posted that, my coach just linked that to me cuz out of curiosity I asked him why he took it out. Thanks breezy

That exact thread? If you don't mind me asking, are you working with ZirRed or someone else that posts here?

I don't but their hype, I actually rolled my eyes when I read that thread.

It looks like FoodforLife makes a lot of gluten free stuff, but the Ezekiel products aren't included.

I've been using Udi's products for a lot of my gluten free stuff.

Unless marked "gluten free" ;-)

I see. I haven't looked into everything they offer. I might check out whole foods on the way back from the gym.

BTW, when it comes to focus, Micro+Versa-1 > Craze+Versa-1 IMO. Just pulled up to the gym with tunnel vision.

Day 30

My Daily energy level continues to improve post illness.

No weigh-in, but plan on it tomorrow.

Muscle fullness is noticeably better today compared to a few days ago and bloating has gone down.

Leg DOMS are minimal (from Sunday's workout). It's a world of difference compared to last week, when I literally had trouble walking for close to 4 days.

Supplementation

VERSA-1: 1 cap 45mins pre workout

Compound 20: 2 caps 1 hour pre workout, 2 caps 8 hours later

Forskolin-95: 1 cap morning, 1 cap pre workout, 1 cap afternoon, 1 cap pre bed (100mg total)

Pre workout mix: 2 scoops Jack3d micro/2 scoops Protocol V2

ALCAR-500: 2g 45mins pre workout

Modern BCAA: 2 scoops intra workout

Agmatine 500:1 cap pre workout, 1 post workout

Anabolic Pump: 1 cap before breakfast, 1 cap before afternoon meal (2 highest carb meals)

I was thrilled with today's gym performance. I've used a few micro samples in the past, but the micro/V-1 combo was a lot better than I'd anticipated. My "2 scoops" might've been a little more than what a sample pack offers, but it couldn't have been by much. I always end up going back to Craze for my pre workout supplementation, but I think I've finally found another solid option. I actually thought my level of focus was greater with micro+V-1 (tunnel vision) and it was more of an energized feeling overall. I'm sure recovering from illness had a part in how I felt, but my endurance was fantastic. It was definitely at its highest point of my run, and I really didn't want to leave the gym. My vascularity and pump were strong as well, with vascularity shining the brightest. I noticed viens all throughout the tops of my forearms, which isn't an everyday occurrence. I'm very excited to see how the micro+V-1 combo treats me going forward.

Energy/endurance/focus were still going strong so I decided to finish big (was going to save these for phase 3)...

BB Deadlifts
1 warm-up x10
275x15
275x13

-I actually had to hold myself back from doing a third (heavier) set. I didn't want to raise the volume too high at this point of phase 2.

Tomorrow will be gym free, although I'm already itching to get back at it.

Solid workout bro, nice to see new vascularity.

Made some awesome Pumpkin gluten free pancakes today, housed them post workout. A lot of good calories. I don't know if your into pumpkin or not but figured I'd throw it out there.

Thanks man. Agreed; I always welcome new veins. I was quite impressed with the micro.

Those sound pretty good. Don't you actually have a video on here somewhere making them? I still have a good amount of the AI pumpkin protein that I could use. I can't handle it in shakes anymore and should do some cooking with it.

Yeah but I switched out the pancake mix for gluten free mix and added 1/2cup pumpkin which is just fiber and some sugars. Makes the taste way better though. Also went almond milk, not water. Some slight changes

Micro+Versa is a meeeean combo
