I will start soon. I will be focusing most my log on sleep and fat loss along side strength gains and hopefully a few pounds of muscle.

I won't list other things on this review as its not relevant to this log. Videos to come and pictures to come.
 
Today was a awesome workout comming back from a fitness trade show. Some of you saw me there.

Tonight will be my 1st serving 30 minutes before I go to bed. Will let you know how my sleep recovery etc is.
 
I killed the gym today. Slept at 11:30 last night woke up at 7 and got out of bed at 8.

My dreams are crazy! So the other night I had a dream that my boss was coming to kill me. That was kind of intense and usually only happens when I'm taking a nighttime product. I Work up with 8 hours of decent sleep today. I Went to bed earlier than normal last night. I Woke up at 7. That is early for me!

My legs are dead.

I Over slept last night. I don't know why went to bed at 12:00 woke up at 11 ish.

Dreams are vivid. Was dating a girl who was making 2k day with me and we ran off to the office and all of a sudden she un girl friended me and took off with the money. I flew and tried to ketch up with her but her running speed was like a car. I then work up and that was 10+ hours.

Pump set 7 sets of 15. My chest and abs feel fine. I'm going to attempt to gym it up tomorrow. My Monday workout feels like I can push to 100% tomorrow. I may be recovering faster but the thing is I never tried this where if I feel 100% lift again. I usually wait a whole 6 days or what ever .

that made me piss my pants a bit . . . I have never heard that term, is it when you get dumped on Facebook and they hit the "Un-Girlfriend" button? In simpler terms you were dumped, she broke up . . .

Last night, I dreamt that I was the Goaltender for my Flyers and they would not give me any pads to wear. I slept on the couch (don't ask) and woke up on the floor. One thing about vivid dreams is that I always wake up refreshed.

I had Great sleep last night. I Went to bed at 10:30 woke up at 7. Lifts were strong today.

Bent over rows at 6 sets at 120/120/125/125/125/125
Close grip pull ups at 27.5/35/45 all at 6. Felt strong.
Upright rows at 45 cable. 12 for 3
Shrugs 75/75/75 12/12/11
Pump set rows 7x15 50
 
Slept well last night,

Dumbbell Arnold pressed 55/60/65 6/6/4+2 normal
Dumbbell pressed 75 4
Side lateral machine static 30 10 second holds 6 reps 3 sets
Front laterals 20lbs 6 reps 2 sets
Pump set.
People are noticing me at the gym .
 
I Hit legs today and my hammy was tad sore but hit it heavy any way.
Sleep was good. Started my care taking job at 8 so I need all the sleep I can get.
I Increased the weights from last week.
Going to hit chest tomorrow as I feel great.
 
I seem to be recovering faster than I imagined so I'm just trying to hit it 6 days a week vs 5. Can I try 4 caps vs 3?. What would be the benefit.? It says on the label no more than 4 caps as if you can!

There is no need to push it to 4 caps. I have never. Im sure alot of the dont use more than 4 is a legality issue.

Great sleep - Definitely the best feature I think. Never thought about any other GH product once I ran this. Of course recovery and strength gains are just as good.
 
I am Back at it tomorrow. I feel great and I am going to lift tomorrow. My lifts are up and I am doing quite well so I might as well get my workout in. I usually rest on weekends but since I am recovering faster than normal I might as well. Its like im on aas as far as recovery but not since this is a supplement that any one can get if you know what I mean.
 
killed back today.

50//55/60lb weighted pull ups. Up from last time at 35/45/45.
115/125/135/145/150 bent over rows 6 reps.

Thank you. 60 lbs after 5 bent over rows and 2 weighted pull ups too plus warm up. I hope when I get my versa grips again I can go even more heavier.
 
I took today off. I am Coughing from the kids so I will start back up tomorrow.
 
I was Coughing but I still worked out legs. I had a Awesome leg work out. I Slept well last night.
