Zero Dark Thirty was good. They made the Seals look like toolbags though. Granted they are navy so that could be an accurate description.

Went in for my annual physical, I knew I had a tear in my shoulder. They wanted to do an xray for a follow up. They said they see a large joint separation and I guess I have to do at least a week of physical therapy before I can get an MRI. They said absolutely no weight lifting until they know what is going on. Dammit in not too happy about this.

Any advice on not losing a lot of strength gains during a long period of not being able to lift? At least slowing it down?

We will see how long this lasts. Gotta stay active! I'm just afraid of the unknown. Waiting to see how bad the injury is, is the hard part.

I got to 8th prestige on the original black ops. Can't seem to get into this new one. IMO it is no where near as good as the last few.
