Ok,so had a killer workout today!weight was not quite what I wanted to get,but number of sets and endurance were amazing!I had a crazy leg pump,all throughout my legs!vascularity has been picking up a lot too,and was showing in legs today!The pumps I'm getting are amazing,but I must say I'm enjoying the endurance I'm having more than anything.not getting burnt out near as fast,no notes on recovery or doms at this point!
