Airborne's Quest to PowerLifting (and whatever he's on ATM)

Honestly bro I didn't really feel the "on" test strength and other benefits until the en of my cycle. Next time I run test it's probably going to be for at least 16 weeks minimum because I was impressed until week 10 or so.

Oh sh*t sorry bro I didn't mean it to come off thT way lol! It's mainly you bro! IMO steroids give a little edge but for guys like us (and I can't believe I going to say this I might get chewed out!!!!!) I feel that steroids are over rated. Your training and determination out competes and steroid's ability.

Same here, went 10 and loved the winny and test at end. I'm going 15 my next with 12 being decca. Strength should go sky high bro

Family is awesome bro! My little girl is growing and almost crawling, she goes backwards haha. My oldest boy Isiah is in 2nd and I coach his bball team. He had 14 pts first game. Kids a stud. My other boy Alex is still a Holly Terror :) My wife who you will see shortly is gunna be torn too shred. She's dropped over 50 and getting stronger. Bb bench she hit 135x2. She been lifting about 2 months haha. I helped a bit on 2nd rep on bench. Is that enough info haha

After reading your thread, I purchased condense.. Took it last night for my bak work out. All I can say is ****! My lift was balls to the walls great! I was sweating and was extremely motivated. I was drenched, but one thing I noticed that was rather un comftable was that I was winded and very light headed. But all in all I'm def gonna stick to condense. Most pw make me sick but not condense so that was great.

introduced my friend to condense yesterday. he's all over me about spotting him cash till he gets paid next friday so he can get a tub.
i also took a month off of lifting, due to life. the condense made my veins re-emerge from the depths of my fat and squishy mass that once held muscle.

Damn was I on fire! We are in hardcore prep mode right now! Whole team are practicing together! Lifting with the big dogs to find out im the big dog... This was 2nd week in a row lifting max effort. I believe Recover-D has me recovering faster then expected!

Deads: wasn't paying attention to how many sets or reps... All I know is a RAW 715 was lifted!!! Did a 7 before hand that was majorly lopsided haha someone put a 20kg on one side and a 10 on other. I still pulled it haha

Try shorter esters. It didn't seem to hit hard until week 9 or 10 for me, that's when it really shined. I was moving huge numbers then. Between week 10 and pct were my best gains, I got up to about 230 and my numbers would not stop climbing.

Life got hectic. I've been on the road too much with my new job. Not a great excuse I know and I hate my self for slipping.

Size for sure. I have stretch market everywhere. Weight kinda recomped... Endurance went up
