Ya those are some solid incline numbers. A couple questions: How wide is your grip and where are you touching the bar to?

Ya those are some solid incline numbers. A couple questions: How wide is your grip and where are you touching the bar to?

my middle finger is on the line which im sure most of us use for guidance in some way.on incline i hit my chest fully without a doubt, every rep, slow and controlled.i had trouble with going to fast on incline back when i first started lifting and have learned from mistakes over time.i will say on my flat bench i tend to stay an inch or 2 even from chest, just puts a lot of uncomofrtable strain on me when i go all the way on flat, but through some tips of some good people recently my flat has been getting very good as far as form.i adjusted my grip and pulled my elbows in and it made so much difference.in the past i was putting my hand between my pointer and thumb on the lines,so way to wide grip for me,but i have learned and im very happy with my lifts lately.not just throwing the weight, controlling it.

I agree that is a sick amount of weight on incline I can't even get close to that.

I'm sorry I meant the position on your body you are touching the bar. Are you touching the bar to your pecs or are you touching the bar to about your top abs? I switch it up sometimes and flare my elbows with light grip and touch the bar like 4 inches down from my chin and other times I keep my elbows in and touch the bar to my top ab.

my bad,on incline i tend to go very close to my neck.on flat i go right at bottom of chest like near my nipples.i played with different positions over lots of time,i have found these drop points for me give me the best chest developement.

i hope there is no doubt from anyone on my numbers,as you all should know ill be the first to throw up a video as i love advice and tips, every time i have posted a video i have gotten great advice, but i have always been pretty strong on incline,i was actually dissapointed in my numbers, used to be close to my flat bench numbers, which have came down by the way once correcting my form and focusing on it more.but we all learn and thats exactly why im here!

Whats your bench max?

idk honestly,i have hit 365,and that was a while ago.and all my working set numbers have went up a lot since that day.idk if ive ever really maxed.when i hit 365 it was bc it was all the weight i had at home at that time.

Ya I feel ya. whatever you seem to be doing seems to be working. What rep range do you stick around for compound lifts like bench, incline, and squats?

i love the heavier weight range, but im one that enjoys my high volume more than anything.i always start out with a good 12+ on any warmup, then keep it between 8-12 with a lot of sets, but i dont go by a rep range to be honest.i do my warmup, then start working my way up and the workout just goes how it goes.im so pumped to be doing my first 5x5 in the near future.

Anybody that feels threatened enough to question your numbers are either very insecure or have no life.

I won't speak for anyone else, but when I see workout numbers....I look at your numbers at the beginning of the log and look for progress during bulk or maintenance during cut. In general, if the numbers are impressive like yours are, I add a comment like great job or sick work and move on.

To goto trouble to question numbers or get into an argument by questioning someone's workout numbers is just a waste of time. We are all just here to support one another. Most do this very well. Keep up the great job Mack !

Always killer workouts man -

What sorta natty stack you getting into?

looking lean and vascular...the ultimate stack has treated you well, imo!!!

First off i would like to say thank you to Justin and NLA performance for the opportunity to run and log T-blast,Recover-d,and Swoll-n.I enjoyed all of them, and they without a doubt helped me hold gains from my previous cycle i just finished.I have had a very successful pct to this point and NLA was a big part of this. Thanks again.

T-blast:
So I used one full bottle of T-blast and dosed it at 6 caps a day.I will try to keep this simple as i have no proof of it raising my test levels, but i feel it did and i will share with you why.

Effectiveness:
It was at around day 12 of dosing this i felt it start working, almost as someone flipped the switch.I started having some acne breakouts.Libido was starting to climb back up.I even started to get a pretty good alpha feeling in the gym and a bit out of it.I had some very good workouts while using T-blast,some of which were close to what i was working with while on cycle. So i do feel it helped increase my strentgh as i have kept more than i had expected to.I did expect all of the results i got from this,as ive used daa many times before, but i did not expect them to feel so strong as I was in pct the whole time i used this.I would have loved to used this solo or for a natty run,but feel it worked great as part of my pct.One other thing i wanted to note is in the past i have almost always gotten head aches while using daa,all forms and many different brands.I did not have the headaches while using this i had expected i would from the daa and that was a relief to say the least.

Negatives/side effects:
If taken while on empty stomach for me it made me quite nauseous, but i have experienced this with daa in the past as well.I did have a good increase in acne, which is not a con for me just sharing.6 pills a day can be annoying, but it could be worse.

Value:
This is where the product takes a plunge for me,as much as i loved the product i do not know if i could personally pay the $49.99 price tag that it has.Although i do see NLA having a lot of good sales all the time.It is a great product no doubt, but i will have a hard time spending this much when there are other great daa products for easily half the price or less.

Dosing/taste:
I dosed 6 caps a day.I found that taking 3 about an hour pre workout gave me a nice little boost in the gym.I just dosed the other 3 at some point in the afternoon with food.As far as taste,no flavor obviously, but i also did not have any nasty burps or burning after taking like with some products.

Overall:
I really enjoyed this product overall,it did stand up to some of the my favorite forms and brands of daa ive used in the past.I do feel it gave me increased test without a doubt and it was nice to be able to notice that even while in pct,i also feel i could have seen more and better results if i had used it longer,2 bottles would be a good run.I would recommend it to someone if they havent tried it as im sure you will enjoy it.I would however like to see a better price on this, but that is my only complaint.Once again, thank you NLA Performance for this opportunity and keep heading in the right direction.

I do a lot of pausing during my leg workouts to emphasize a good muscular stretch, to eliminate all momentum and energy from the way down, and to work out my explosiveness on the way up. Something you should try are low box squats. What I do is a i get a box or bench that is like 2.5 ft of the ground. When I go down to my squat I literally sit down on the bench (of course keep my chest up and back straight), rock back on the bench, take all the weight of my feet, then rock back into the forward motion and explode up off the bench.

Ok,so once more i want to say thank you to Justin and NLA Performance for the opportunity to use some of theyre products. So here we go with my thoughts on Swoll-n.

Swoll-n:
I used 1 full bottle of Swoll-n and dosed it 3 caps a day as suggested.

Effectiveness:
This product had some mixed results for me.It did produce some amazing pumps, but not always and not how ive experienced before. For instance,on arms day(biceps and forearms) pumps were so intense that i can honestly say they hurt at points.I caught my self more than once having to take extra time between sets for the pump to calm down.On shoulders/traps day, again amazing pumps to the point that they almost hurt sometimes.Delts would look swolen, and traps were standing tall and thick,a trap pump is not super common for me.I even had a few times my lats felt slightly pumped. On chest day,it felt good but my chest did not blow up as my arms did,it did seem very dense and i had a great pump to say the least, but nothing like on my arms.On legs days,i had very few leg pumps from this product. We all know how hard a leg pump can be to achieve even, but i dont feel this aided in that area as much.I will say that over the course of taking this,i seemed to become a good bit more vascular, especially when lifting. My legs even started to have some unusual vascularity, which i loved.

Negatives/side effects:
One very odd thing i had with this product was some unusual gas,and ill leave it at that.It did not hurt my stomach at all,but just gave me bad gas.One other thing i would like to say is i would like to have seen a bit more citrulline malate in it,dose seemed kind of low to me compared to what ive found effective.

Value:
With a price tag of $24.99 i can say this seems to be a good price. The product did exactly what it claimed to do,and you have a full 30 day supply for a realistic price.

Dosing/taste:
As i said before,i dosed 3 caps a day.I personally expiremented with the time to take it and could tell no difference if i took it an hour before or 30 min before. So i usually just took it with my T-blast about an hour pre workout. Now,one thing i did try was uncapping it,and i must say this seemed to make the effects a bit stronger.I actually began to just open and put all 3 in my pre workout drink for the day and the effects seemed more noticeable for sure.Mainly saw a difference in vascularity when uncapped. Also there was absolutely no taste at all.

Overall:
Yes i would recommend this to someone interested in a pump product,i used to be a skeptic of them myself until i used one.Simply put when i have a good pump, and feel i look big i feel i train to keep up with that swolen guy in the mirror. This product delivered in every way it said it would for me,it gave me great pumps and increased my vascularity and im a pretty vascular guy as is.I do think this product is best taken daily not just workout days,as the build up of nitrates is necessary but thats my opinion.I would have liked to see a bit more citrulline malate, but hey it worked. With a price point at $24.99 i do feel its a good value and is right up there with some of the top pump products we have all came to love. Thanks again NLA for the opportunity!

First off thank you to Justin and Nla Performance for letting me run a tub of recover-d.I enjoyed it and here are my thoughts on it.Protein is a very hard supplement for me to rate, and a lot of people just go by taste and mixability, but this one offers much more.

Effectiveness:
So the biggest thing i can say about this protein is my recovery was truly enhanced with this product.I was literally going to failure nearly every workout and was hardly getting sore the next day,not to mention i just came off a hefty cycle.I do feel i continued to gain some muscle, but not enough to guage it.I will say this has a great blend of whey isolate/casein that truly shines.I loved taking a scoop of this before bed as it would help me stay a bit fuller through the night.I would wake up with noticeably less hunger than when not using.I also really like the fact it has bcaa's and over 9g of glutamine.very nice additon for sure. One other thing i would like to add is that i did not have any stomach isssues or bloat with this as i have with other proteins ive used.

Negatives/side effects:
I can truly say there are no negatives other than the fact i wish it werent 2 scoops for a serving.

Value:
At a price point of $29.99.I would like to see it a bit lower without a doubt, but for a good quality protein i cant complain to much. Not to mention all the extra goodies in the mix offered.A 2 pound tub has 18 servings,so could get a bit pricey over time for sure.

Taste/Mixability:
WOW!!!this protein taste amazing.Without a doubt one of the best ive ever had.I had chocolate eclair and man was it good.It also mixed very well, never once had any clumping or resdiue in shaker.it actually mixes up somewhat thick like an actual shake.I usually drik my protein with milk,as i did with this but also tried water and it mixed fine both ways.I will say the 2 scoops it takes to get a full serving can be a lot of powder though!

Overall:
I loved this product,i would, have and will recommend it to others i know.I my self have bought some before i even ran out of my tub to log.I had aided recovery,no stomach issues, great flavor to drink. What more could you ask for from a protein.Other than a bit cheaper maybe. This was an amzing product and i am so glad to have had the chance to try it,thanks again NLA Performance.

Solid log and review like always brother! This company is top notch. I enjoyed following
