Heres todays workout.i have a stomach bug so havent been able to keep food down,scale is showing -2 since cycle end.I have only ate once today,bad stomach issues.i did try the swoll-n uncapped today,and the results were amazing to say the least.i did not think they could get any more intense,but try them uncapped and you will understand what i mean.For starters when i drank my pre,which i have been taking speed x3(an amazing pre btw)but we are here for the NLA results.I started to see my veins open up in my arms before i finished my drink.It seemed to hit me within 10 minutes and at full force,i was so pumped today it was painful.As i said i have been kinda sick,but none the less i smashed some weight today.I have to say im very proud of my numbers.3 caps t-blast about an hour pre seems to give a nice boost as well.Here we go:

Flat Bench:
135x20
225x10
225x12
255x10
255x8

Db flys:
70x9
For 4 sets.

Champagnes:
90x8 for 4 sets.

Overhead db tri ext:
110x8 for 4 sets.

Db kickbacks:

Most of mine are on an empty stomach.. Bodybuilding.com did an interview once on me.. The reporter laughed at me .. Told me if i ever got any real nutrition i would be alot stronger.. lol.. i just get caught up running between my clubs and training ppl that i dont eat.. At night pop our NLA supps train hard then go eat like a horse!!! Crazy i know..

Just had an Amazing bi/tri/forearm workout!will update later,literally hurts to type I'm so pumped right now!
 
Heres todays work!Finally beat that stomach bug.Appetite is thru the roof today :) As i said earlier i had pumps to the point i had trouble opening the door when i left my workout room!I did do the 3 swoll-n uncapped again,I am seeing way more intense results uncapped.T-blast is still kickin good as far as i can tell..Higher libido,a bit of acne,and not a crazy amount but a small bit of alpha feeling when i get in the gym.This is nice to have when in pct instead of being down so bad!Recover-d is still keepin my muscles fresh!Soreness is at a minimum and i am crushing some weights IMHO for this to be week 3 of my pct.I am sad that im almost out of my Recover-d before the others.Heres todays #s...

I'm gonna take the SWOLL-N uncapped today and mix it in with my SUPP-D. I'm extremely sore today I did a heavy workout so I think I am going to do a whole body workout of all machines and some abs. I am aiming for reps of 20-30 today.

Nice,the uncapped hits you like taking a pre workout would.only quicker.the cm in the swoll-n has helped with my endurance without a doubt,he of my favorite ingredients to use.I also may be doing some abs,cardio and simple motions today.But I do tell myself that a lot and get in the gym and just kill it!

i don't even taste a difference when i put swoll-n in supp-d!!!

Neither do I.well,im not using supp-d but I meant my pre!Will update in a bit with whatever work I end up doing!

Heres yesterdays workout!I hit the gym with the intentions of doing cardio and some ab work.I did about 20 min at a light jog,and killed my abs for about 30 min.At that point i was still so pumped and energized i went into a full blown shoulder session and i believe its my best one ive had in pct without a doubt.I am still doing 3caps T-blast about an hour pre,and my 3caps Swoll-n uncapped in my pre about 10 min before i hit the gym.Weight is at -1 today and appetite has been ridiculous.Also body is starting to take on a very nice look that i could get used to.Woke up this mornin and looked in the mirror and said...GD who is that beast.

Military bb press:
135x12
145x10

Db shrugs:
105x20 for 4 sets.

Db military press:
70x10 for 2 sets.
80x9 for 2 sets.

Side db lat raises:
30x8 for 4 sets.
I went straight from the side raises into the front raises each set.My lats are lacking without a doubt i feel mainly due to lack of equipement,but im working on getting there!

Front lat raises:
35x10 for 4 sets.

Seatbelts:
90x12 for 4 sets.

Bb shrugs:

If that's what you call it.im not taking any rest between sets at all,on a few I obviously have to load the weight which takes time,but I hurry at that even and just burn throu it.Body is taking on a real nice recomp lately.may post a pic at end with final reviews.
