Heres todays workout.i have a stomach bug so havent been able to keep food down,scale is showing -2 since cycle end.I have only ate once today,bad stomach issues.i did try the swoll-n uncapped today,and the results were amazing to say the least.i did not think they could get any more intense,but try them uncapped and you will understand what i mean.For starters when i drank my pre,which i have been taking speed x3(an amazing pre btw)but we are here for the NLA results.I started to see my veins open up in my arms before i finished my drink.It seemed to hit me within 10 minutes and at full force,i was so pumped today it was painful.As i said i have been kinda sick,but none the less i smashed some weight today.I have to say im very proud of my numbers.3 caps t-blast about an hour pre seems to give a nice boost as well.Here we go:
Flat Bench:

Heres todays work!Finally beat that stomach bug.Appetite is thru the roof todayAs i said earlier i had pumps to the point i had trouble opening the door when i left my workout room!I did do the 3 swoll-n uncapped again,I am seeing way more intense results uncapped.T-blast is still kickin good as far as i can tell..Higher libido,a bit of acne,and not a crazy amount but a small bit of alpha feeling when i get in the gym.This is nice to have when in pct instead of being down so bad!Recover-d is still keepin my muscles fresh!Soreness is at a minimum and i am crushing some weights IMHO for this to be week 3 of my pct.I am sad that im almost out of my Recover-d before the others.Heres todays #s...

I'm gonna take the SWOLL-N uncapped today and mix it in with my SUPP-D. I'm extremely sore today I did a heavy workout so I think I am going to do a whole body workout of all machines and some abs. I am aiming for reps of 20-30 today.
Nice,the uncapped hits you like taking a pre workout would.only quicker.the cm in the swoll-n has helped with my endurance without a doubt,he of my favorite ingredients to use.I also may be doing some abs,cardio and simple motions today.But I do tell myself that a lot and get in the gym and just kill it!

If that's what you call it.im not taking any rest between sets at all,on a few I obviously have to load the weight which takes time,but I hurry at that even and just burn throu it.Body is taking on a real nice recomp lately.may post a pic at end with final reviews.
