I wanna hit my RAW PR on Deadlift at 700 again by competition time. I pulled a 720 Thursday but i was suited. My first time using a suit actually
 
I've been preparing for the Jan 8th email by putting all supplement purchases on hold and any extra cash directly into my Versa-1 (savings) account.
 
I AM prepared by having money set aside and have already mapped out my goals, routines, and supplementation plan with a few 'slots' to add versa 1, prime, and possibly c20. I have ample amount of anabolic pump (staple) and oep on hand year round, as well as some micro lined up. I loved my test powder run in november so will bs re working my plans to include that back in. I'm ready to fill out that big black usp labs shirt and my jack3d micro / test powder t shirts!
 
FYI I will even log it for 6 months, as long as I can still mix in other supps

Longest sponsored log was for HGHPro by AI. I am pretty dedicated to my logs.... Even without alot of traffic.

I plan on getting picking up a few staple supplements in preparation for the 2nd phase of my bulk this winter. The IC release or I should say USP Labs have the right products to help me pack on additional weight and take my strength levels to new levels! I was fortunate enough to win a bottle of Versa-1 and this product has the right stuff to help me get to my goal weight of 230lbs!!!

Sick bro.. For deads I pulled a 700 raw with no belt or suit once... Haven't trained like that in months though...

Yea there's no belts at my gym that fit it sucks... Pulled a 665 without but wasn't smart haha

Haha.. Yeah I usually stop around 550-600.. Just getting in the reps.. I may just sneak in a competition this year though.. I have some peeps I need to silence...

I'm preparing by trying to lift heavier than ever to prepare my muscles for the disturbing amount of weight they're going to gain when I start taking Versa-1.

Naw you all good bro.. Some idiots been running their mouths about me not doing any meets this past year.. Not I didn't want to I just didn't have time... To shut them up I just may drop down to their weight class , clean house and pose right in front of them
