Finally got a chance to get in here. Solid log so far. Glad to see your okay with a fluctuating diet based on hunger and feel. Must know your body well.

How are your joints? More than fifty mg erase and I'd be in pain all day. Just poppin and crackin.

If you can even tell within this stack, how do feel the PR-XT is effecting your appetite? Strangely, it is crushing mine, instead of how the maim active usually acts in me.

What topicals you adding?

O didn't feel it was a strong cortisol modulator at all. Kind of a secondary trait and mild at best. A.I. effect seemed pretty prevalent.

Hard to say about nolvadren few underdosed things but when stacked everything works synergistic

But what if you didn't stack it? And picked diff stacks?
I'm finishing up PCT black revolution log in a couple weeks and need new AI or Cort modulator. I was considering doing an alphamine, aav2, drol and ? Stack...(estro modulator, please fill in question mark)

Recompadrol+Anabeta; still the best thing I've ever put in my body.

Could pick up some 11-KT or 7-KT Spray.

Going to run Alphamine, Recompadrol, 11-KT come when I am done my PR-XT log.

I have not run Nolvadren, but very much liked erase.

AB+Drol was the best lean bulk ever. Figure the Alphamine and T2 would help suppress the hunger increase. So cut possible.

The sprays would be great for cuts.

My cycle will be a mini cut before I lean bulk. Probably be followed by Anabeta+Phyto-testosterone. Maybe Versa-1, but I'm ignoring the hype.

Not buying into the PA by USPLabs yet...inconclusive at the moment.

Alphamine, aav2, drol, erase maybe some 11-KT at half dosage because of the secondary cortisol control in erase.

Hmmmm or reduce XT.

You've been dieting pretty hard for a bit, could be slightly beneficial. Don't stress, it'll raise your cortisol ;-)

I saw those bad boys on Instagram, both the chili & muffins. You've got it made in the shade my friend hahaha

But the entire chili pot was 3700 cals total I ate about 2/3 with like 3.5 oz goat cheese

I wanted today to be higher cals. I planned it that way but still feel ****ty about it
 
Down .9% since last body fat check and 2 lbs. however last weigh in I dd was the morning after all you can eat sushi so I don't think I was actually that weight

All in all impressed this far

On this path I can reach 7.5% by the end

Many years as a runner, I missed out on it with family.
Now I enjoy a small bit and just train my fukn ass off next day and IF lol
