I am a parent and I simply cannot imagine what they are going through right now. I have, am, and will continue to pray for all the families affected by this senseless crime. All the parents out there, hug your kids a little extra and leave no doubt that you love them.
 
This is really sad!! 27pplz died and 16 were children...there are so many pycho in this world...this world is getting worst and worst by day...my prayers goes to the families...this is sad :'(

i have two boys and one child on the way. My Mom today told me she is ready to go home and I know what she means. People can have their views but they better start waking up cause this world is about to be hell itself. It makes me sick to my stomach to hear and see these cowards that have to take out innocent people and them take their own life. I'd rather them live so we could take them and torture the living hhhh out of them.

True that bro but your doing a very good thing man. I saved every bit of time I could from this new job at Homeland to take next week off to spend time with the kids. I'm just glad i made it back to the gym today after stomach virus hell week. Where the hhh is all the Avengers??? I mean I know we still pimping but seems a lot of went mia!!

I do love the cheaters but I haven't been cheating.. No sweets, no dirty carbs, and no bags of trail mix from trader joes.. I used to dirty bulk all winter but it made mr feel like crap so I stopped and I'm actually the leanest/biggest I've been since I can remember

I used to carb backload.. But my schedule now doesn't allow me to do so
