Absolutely, especially the lead in reps and wieghts on those curls, not like you just warmed up easy then went for 6 at 100lbs you worked the muscle hard then went for the 100's. I don't care what size someone is a 650 dead lift with no belt is beast mode. Sure there are guys who lift more but there are also people born with 6 toes doesn't make it normal. ;)

Haha word! Yea I start out fresh with the bi curls alternate Db by the 2nd or 3rd set is when I'm at my best. The first is The hardest. My power is incredible but my endurance blows. As for the DL yea I'm mad bout not having a belt... I shouldnt have done it without one. I have noticed my drive is up... Three inches off ground roughly and I'm golden

I've been stim free for a couple weeks and its brutal. Work is fine but I usually go first thing in the morning coming off third shift. Thats where its hitting me hard right now.

I had to go in and wreck legs today! That way Wednesday I can go in knowing I don't have to do them. Bout to smash xmas dinner at the ma's house. Merry Christmas brosef!

Ok so today my coach wanted me to use a bench shirt to get use to... Holy **** it was more of a workout to get the bitch on then to do the lift. It took two people! Little to say I picked it up fast and pressed 615! ****in nuts!!!
