Testing...1,2,3: USPlabs "PATENTED ANABOLIC"

Day 36 continued

My waiting around before going to the gym, ended up being a lost cause. It looks like I’ll have to wait until tomorrow before I can start my second bottle of V-1. Hopefully the effects will get in full gear fairly quick and I’m not back to square one. Either way, I should be starting at a better position, with both my strength and body composition.

The following was dosed pre workout:

2 scoops Craze
2g ALCAR
2.5 scoops Protocol

2 scoops Modern BCAA were used intra workout

For some reason the gym was packed tonight. I also had limited time due to arriving later than usual. I had originally planned on mirroring my shoulder routine from last week to see any performance changes since being without V-1. I wasn’t able to start with military press, so I switched things up and added various exercises that I hadn’t done in a while. I had a hard time judging my performance as a result, but I enjoyed the change of pace and felt like I got a solid workout in.

Shoulder Press (machine)
195x11
210x7
225x5
drop
150x10

BB shrug
355x15
355x15

BB Behind Neck Press
145x15
175x8
195x6
210x4

-I believe strength was up on these, but I hadn’t done them in a while, so it was somewhat expected (I’ve increased shoulder strength since last performed).

Lateral Raise (machine)
140X15
170X8
185X5
185X5

super sets (cable/rope)
Face Pull
100x10
100x10
100x9
Upright Row
100x9
100x8
100x7

super sets
DB Front Raise
25x12
30x8
drop
15x8
DB Lateral Raise
25x12
30x8
drop
15x8
Seated (bent over) DB Lateral Raise
25x12
30x8
drop
15x8

Vascularity was pretty strong, but nothing unusual. I didn’t have much of a pump until the final super sets. However, it was strong enough to give me some trouble taking a sip from my shaker when finished.

My diet stayed on track today. Calories were a little lower than they would’ve been if V-1 was currently in the picture.

Today’s calorie total and breakdown were as follows:

Calories: 5450
Carbs: 564
Protein: 413
Fat: 192
(40/29/31)

C20 I think is my favorite USP product thus far.

I'd want a 6 month supply of it and some versa 1.

:D

I think you might have a new favorite after trying VERSA-1. It really has a lot to offer. It could be my new favorite, but I've had great success with the majority of the line as well.

I'd have to go with a 6 month supply of Super Cissus. I probably wouldn't be using any other supplements without it, since there's a good chance I'd have to retire from lifting lol.

Nice numbers bro! Hope that gets to you soon nothing worse then having to come off a product for a week and them hop back on when your levels could have stayed consistent. Look at the bright side I'm still waiting on my test powder from the alpha thread. Lmao!!! Sorry had to throw that out there! :D

Thanks man. I'm not sure how good they were, not having done some of the exercises in months. I have a feeling it will arrive today. It's no big deal, especially since it wasn't intended to be for the continuation of my log anyways. (promo winnings).

Haha. Im sure you could fix that (you probably just did lol) with a quick PM. I definitely recommend you give TPwder a shot man. It's easily my favorite DAA based product used to date (you probably already knew that from my log). All the extra goodies really make for a solid formula. The L-Dopa (Mucuna Pruriens) had me in a fantastic mood and sleeping like a baby. I know you're a big fan of Agmatine as well. I'd contact DW or boro if you're still interested.

Day 37

Sleep was minimal and I had a tough time getting up. My energy is currently good after moving around and a little and some extra help from Focus XT.

My weight has started to decline and I weighed in at 212.8lbs (+5.8lbs from "Day 1").

My breakfast was thrown together very quickly and consisted of waffles, pancakes, cereal and a protein bar (VPX Zero Impact).

Breakfast calorie total and breakdown:

Calories: 1491
Carbs: 244
Protein: 45
Fat: 39

I plan on hitting the gym later today, hopefully after a cap of VERSA-1.

Day 37 continued

My energy at work definitely seemed to be down compared to the 3 weeks prior. Not sleeping very well could've easily had a part in this, so I'm unsure if the way I felt was related to stopping my VERSA-1 dosing. I'm actually not feeling too bad (energy-wise) currently after relaxing for a few minutes and having a good meal.

I've noticed with my last couple workouts, that focus hasn't been quite as high compared to the 2+ weeks prior in the gym. I still have a good level of focus and am definitely working as hard as I can, but I don't have the same "killer instinct" (don't really know how to describe the feeling) when I walk in the gym. Maybe I'm just feeling this way because I'm missing V-1 haha, but not knowing its ingredient(s) or exactly how it works, I can't be sure.

I'm once again delaying my trip to the gym, as I wait to see if I get a delivery. I'll probably give it about another 15 minutes before I take off. My night got a little behind yesterday and it ended up cutting into my already minimal sleep time.

Great detail breezy11. As your weight has declined to you appear to be holding less water?

Thanks diezel. A little bit. It's perfectly normal for my weight to peak on the weekend (low physical activity) and slowly drop to my "clean weight" as the workweek (high physical activity) progresses. I'd be surprised if it didn't rise and fall like this.

USPLabs quoted you on their advertising for IC release. Kind of shows what they think of your log. A great validation of hard work Breezy !

Thanks Fumoney! Casey just let me know about it. I really feel honored to be a part of anything in connection with USPlabs. They're truly an innovative company and an amazing team of people as well.

No shît what an honor! You da man breezy!

Thanks brother! I couldn't be happier that I got the chance to test this out.

Day 37 continued

Tonight was another "VERSA-1 free" workout that had its ups and downs. I'm going to have to come back and edit in my workout/thoughts sometime tomorrow. I was already running late and I ended up staying at the gym longer than expected. A man approached me looking for some BB bench advice, so I stayed an extra 20 minutes, working with him on both his flat and incline approach/form. I was really glad I did after seeing how grateful he was for the help. At this point I'm not looking at that much sleep time and need to get some rest before it becomes an issue.

Day 38

I managed to get about 4.5 hours sleep last night and honestly don’t feel that tired at the moment. I’m hoping it holds up later in the day.

My weight is continuing to drop as my physical activity picks up. I weighed 211.6lbs (+4.6lbs from “Day1”) shortly after waking up this morning. As of now, my appearance doesn’t look quite as dry as it did this time last week, but I don’t think it’s anything a few days of work and the (hopefully very soon) reintroduction of V-1 use can’t fix.

I sacrificed my breakfast quality for an extra 20 minutes of sleep this morning. I quickly had some cereal, chicken sausage, and a couple of Quest bars.

Today’s breakfast calorie total and breakdown were as follows:

Calories: 1453
Carbs: 207
Protein: 67
Fat: 58

As long as I’m feeling good at the end of the workday, I’ll be heading to the gym for an arm focused workout tonight.

You a fan of the quest bars? Haven't had any myself but may have to grab some eventually.

Also idk how you function on that little sleep...I am a pansy when it comes to that as anything less than 6 and I am a horrible person.

Big fan. The ingredients, or lack there of, are a huge plus and there isn't a flavor I don't like. The majority of them are actually really good. I always have multiple boxes in a variety of flavors on hand.

It took some getting used to, but I've adapted to it. Versa-1 seemed to make it a lot easier for me the last month though. I was getting much more sleep before I took on my current job. It looks like my run with physical labor (and minimal sleep) will be over in the next week or so and I'll be back to sitting in a cubicle. I'm curious to see if getting a good amount of sleep will improve my results with the second bottle of V-1.

Day 38 continued

I started feeling a little rundown towards the end of the workday, but I’m still up for the gym.

I had my pre workout meal about 45 minutes ago and should be leaving for the gym shortly. I’m currently still without VERSA-1 and can’t delay my departure any longer, hoping it will arrive.

I’ll be using the following pre workout:

2 scoops Craze
2g ALCAR
3 scoops Protocol

2 scoops Modern BCAA will be used intra workout

Tonight’s workout will be focused on arms and possibly some light chest work if I have the time (I’m running late again).

Quest bars are huge seller here.. Very popular and good for you

Make sure you're ready for the IC drop brother!!!!
Invalid Link Removed gonna hit hard and fast, so don't miss it. January 8th is the first batch drop date :djparty:

Thx for filling me in....
& Breeze I saw that quote on the banner too...
Def an honor man.

Day 38 continued

Considering that I'm somewhat at a break in the log (no product) and having an unusually busy week, I'll give a quick recap of the last couple workouts, as opposed to posting all the numbers.

I've noticed a definite difference with my performance and overall experience during my last few workouts. I'm no longer seeing the same level of consistent progress with all my lifts, like I was the 2-3 weeks prior. I've had a few minimal strength increases, a few decreases (usually later in my routine), but have been maintaining strength with the majority of my lifts. My focus and mood has changed as well. I haven't been locked in with the same intensity nor had the same high level of enjoyment/fun/confidence during my workouts. That being said, I'm not an unfocused, miserable, mess at the gym either lol...it's just different. My change in performance could also be adding to how I feel throughout my workouts. I think it's interesting how these prior effects have become more apparent now that they've faded away. This has me even more excited to give VERSA-1 another shot and I really can't wait to get started.

My diet is still on track and based on activity level, but with a reduction in overall calories to account for V-1 not being in the picture.

Today's calorie total and breakdown were as follows:

Calories: 5105
Carbs: 526
Protein: 407
Fat: 175
(40/31/29)

I won't be getting as much sleep as I would've like tonight, but at least the weekend is approaching. My schedule/work will be changing soon, which should allow me plenty of rest during my second month of V-1.

PRIME-C20-VERSA-1 will be a journey. This would be a non-hormonal anabolic stack...

Some TEST Powder/Coleus in the Mix...hmmmmm

holy crap that would be intense... funny thing is I was already thinking this was like supercharged forsalean, burning fat and building muscle simultaneously.

Awesome to know it can be combined...

I think you just planned out my next natty stack! I would just need an AI for the DAA in the test powder.

Not trying to bad mouth at all but I've talked to people running test powder and they said the effects of the AI in test powder are not noticeable. Yet to run it myself though just what I've heard.

More of an estrogen control. I didn't see to much from the AI... I have another tub Ima try it again for sure

It's probably not going to dry you up to the extent that EPro can (or lead to any joint trouble), but I don't think that's what was intended either. Like AB said, it should help control estrogen and prevent any issues for those prone to DAA induced estrogen sides. It also has any potential prolactin sides covered with the inclusion of Mucuna Pruriens (l-dopa) in the formula.

Nice brother. I loved the 2 tubs I've been through.

Not bad mouthing at all my friend, discussion like this is what keeps people informed and sparks optimal usage for supplements by personal goals.

The AI in the test powder is more to control some of the possible sides from DAA, not to be "felt" but I understand where you're coming from. Estrogen isn't all bad and it's important to still have some circulation. I know with some AI's, there is a nice drying affect they give. Are you going to get that in from the AI in test powder? Probably not, but it should help keep any estro flares from arising.

Same goes for the prolactin control ;-)

Very good points!

Day 40

I decided to lower the frequency and detail of my updates lately, as I’m still without a second bottle of VERSA-1. I’m not exactly sure when I should expect it, but would gladly log its use whenever it arrives. I had briefly considered saving the bottle for a 2 month run after the IC release, but honestly don’t want to wait that long lol…It’s safe to say that I have a new favorite supplement. With the variety of its effects, I feel as though I still have some things to pick up on. Once I get 2 solo bottles under my belt, I plan on trying it out in a stack. However, after experiencing what it's capable of on its own, I'm sure VERSA-1 will be the star of any stack I include it in.

I’m really not sure what to do with this log for the time being (keep it going, shut it down, put on hold, etc.) and am open to any feedback regarding its continuation.

Unless you have little time to keep log updated, i'm always interested in following.

Thanks man. I'm actually going to have way more time than I have been. I only have a few more days left of my physical job and then I'll have a week+ off before getting back to work. I'll be going from manual labor on basically no sleep, to sitting back in my cubicle with at least 8 hours a night. Considering that I've made good progress in the gym on 4-5 hours sleep, while being physically beat up all day; I'd imagine the experience would be better having a fresh body and mind. I'll be able to cut back on the calories somewhat as well.
