I have brought my rear delts, and upper back up a ton this past 12 months by implementing some of these things

Hit up some scapular retraction work for the upper back. Something like a hammer strength low row(or seated close grip cable row), keep arms fairly straight with just a slight bend at the elbow, and bring the weight back by retracting your scapula. Don't shrug up, but shrug back. This will also help you on the bench as it will help keep those shoulders back. Throw in 3 sets at the end of your workout a couple times a week, fairly high reps.

IMO rear delts/upper back can handle a lot of frequency, and volume. At one point I was doing upper back, and rear delts almost every workout. Nothing too serious, but just getting some blood in there


Pick a weight do 50-60 "swings", cut the weight in half do 30-40 more, cut the weight in half again, and do 10 full range of motion. Valdez can tell you how fun these are..lol

AB You are looking pretty swole. Great chest work. 2 more things for upper back and rear Delts. Incline DB shrugs and doing reverse flies with your scapula protracted. EI seperate your shoulder blades by rolling the shoulders forward this removes the traps from the movement and focuses all of the stress on the rear head of the Delts. It will shorten your ROM because you will not allow your scapula to move in at all. Normally the larger muscles of the traps and what not take over the lift but keeping the scapular protraction locked in will keep that from happening.

Hey AB I've got a new thread I started in hopes to getting exsperienced M1T users exsperiences in hopes to help me crytique my next cycle. I know u have most of the Board following you lol
 
Yes the original 2 times. Both times had to stop in a week as my nose would start bleeding like a faucet. And I get almost no sides from anything.

Quite a few friends ran it too as it was super popular back then.

Dude I'd rather see you run drol at 100mg than that ****. Or even drol/Dbol stacked. And that's saying a lot as I am not a fan of orals.

As I said waaaay to many options to even consider that stuff.

DAMN 19.5 I really need my arms to get bigger part of the reason I am going to hit some heavy lifting. I think they will respond better to that.

You're short. He's tall. By nature they'll measure smaller even if you were the exact level of development.

Even an 18" arm(legit myotape no loose bs measurement) on someone 5'8 is huge.

Plus you're pretty lean.
