I honestly liked it better than the gym I'm at now. DB's went up to 150 and the equipment was slot nicer. More cages than my gym now. Just too expensive. My gym now is a 24 hr gym also for 20$ a month cheaper lol

I remember I used to ask dudes at the gym for advice when I was about 18 first starting out and they would tell me "I eat a lot" lmao! Then I started reading a little bit and realized that 75% of the people I talked to were either on cycles or had a few under their belts, those sly devils ;)

I looked around and got close to him and said " yea...alot if food" lol I think we both knew it wasn't true though cuz he just looked confused and walked away

Legs/tris. Killed legs today and threw in a few tricep sets to get the arms pumped. I was looking a bit bloated today but veins were shooting all through my arms, back and traps. I'm shocked by how much progress I've made on my squats lately I went +10 on my heaviest set and it still felt pretty light. Felt pretty sick all workout and back pumps finally hit me today but I still completely killed it! Yet another incredible day where I felt unstoppable!
