You can do both. Myself and many others have taken nothing but bulbine with great results.

Bulbine is just fine as a standalone.

That's a good starting point. It can be fine tuned based on LBM (which changes BSA-BW).

Yes, that is a reasonable guess. Again though, BF% would be key here, because a 300 lb obese individual vs a 300 lb, relatively lean individual would have different BSAs.
