Wanna stay away from most sugars. Looked @ the Big 100... But I think I'm go the Oh Yeah Bar route...

& Quest bars are a snack to me even with 18g of fiber.

I don't really know the lead rep Mich 29, he seems like a legit dude but he's 5'7" 139... No direct shot at him at all like I said I don't really know him.

I guess it doesn't matter, I'm biased lol I don't like AF at all. To me they represent everything that is wrong with an industry that I am passionate about. Mich seems cool though.

How's the cut coming man?

Been a little shaky as of late due to schedule. But still making progress dehydrated low food intake came in at 182.6 the other day 32 inch waist.

Down from August 21st 202 35in waist.

Going to cut down the macros with my trainer once finals are over. 12 weeks until a cruise at that point so will have a goal time. I'd say I'm around best I've ever looked or at least close. Definitely if we are talking natty.

I'll have to find some befores. Definitely had accumulated a lot of belly fat over the summer.

V semi genetically natural. As long as I don't get super fat it sticks around ever since I dieted hard once in the past.

My Avi right now is just a few weeks ago. Can see the progress just from that pic.

Haven't used in a long time.
Best ever back in like 08-09 did a cut cycle so was harder and cut easier. But I cut down from higher weight this time all natural. Still a ways to go but moving nicely.

alright heres some DL vids for crituqe. Not heavy weights for most of you guys. like said in AB's thread i know what im SUPPOSED to do i just cant exactly make myself do it. Critque away guys.

heres 315x5 (this was about my 6th set of 5 with 315 so its a little sloppier than normal. but not much even my fresh sets look about the same

It looks like your trying to do SLDL bro.

@SS should go back then down, slower and more controlled on the way down.

What kind of foot placement do you have?

Also of you make a point of sticking your chest out and pinching your shoulder blades (much like a bench press) it will help insure you keep that arch in your lower back.

This is just my experience with some of the things that help. Frank will probably give you even better advice lol.
 
I could fit an XL about 6-8 months ago. In larges now & mediums are fitting again.
Disappointed in myself. :(

XL fits my shoulders but is long and pretty loose around the arms and chest. Back looks good though.
 
Ok, here is how I was taught, Im sure AB can chime in to, cause i mean its not like he is deading like 1000 lbs for no reason.

Feet shoulder width, bar about an inch away from my shins

Chest up, looking at an angle downwards to keep head inline with spine.

lock your arms out but dont jerk the bar, keep your back straight, and grip it tight

pull up and squeeze your butt, squeezing your butt creates that hip drive. ALSO rodja can help in here too!

also, when you bounce the weights off the ground, youre not using your true strength because the weights will bounce. its better and safer to do a rep, reset and do another rep. also i agree with jim thinking you might just be doing SLDL when you use the rack to start your deads and thats what the vids look like
