Did 6 rounds for time:
6 ring muscle ups
6 overhead squats @135
6 DB Swings @ 55lbs
Did it in 25 min

Front Squat 1-10-1-20-1-30
NEW PR!: 245lbs
Deadlift:
135-225-315 for 10 reps each
MM Still going strong!
 
Still at 1 scoop... did this workout today... felt OK but not at my best.... prob need a rest day lol.
For time:
30 Handstand push-ups
50 Back Extensions
30 Knees to elbows
225 pound Deadlift, 30 reps
40 pound Dumbbell push press, 30 reps
50 Kettlebell swings, 1.5 pood
Row 20 calories
10 Muscle-ups

Did it in 28 Minutes, Could do better.
MM still doing its job. Gotta say Purus Labs has a great product!
 
A light day today: Worked on my cleans, got to 225lbs squat clean
also did:135lb bench to 10 strict pullups to Lat Pulldown...all for 10 reps.
Also did a "Bear" Circut:1 round
135lbs:
Squat Clean to Press... bring bar behind head.
Then do a Back Squat to an Overhead Press... bring bar to ground and repeat 7x.
Not bad. Energy levels are still great in the gym.
Some days I do have a caffeine crash but lucky for me I can take a nap between gym and class :) lol

post up a little of your diet and maybe if you feel your body changing at all....strenth is obv, goin up, noticing any body changes?
 
Good point. I took today off (Ik thats surprising to you haha) but yea I def feel stronger and developed a bit more size everywhere. I look more cut too... probably due to the crossfit type workouts.
Diet should be better.... more like urs MKretz lol
Sandwiches are my quick fix throughout the day(Turkey) also greek yogurt
Dinner is my best meal with lean chicken or beef and some type of vegetable
Always go to a protein bar for a quick fix too: do LOVE Quest Bars!
 
you really should try figuring out how many calories you takeina day, give people on here an idea........and i dont belive u took a rest day
 
Yeah, I hear you... I'm guessing around 3000 since I am gaining .05- 1lb a week.
Workout on Saturday was really good:
Max Squat at 405 (Box at 18in)
Max DL at 425
Overhead Squat (135x10 for 3 sets and 145x 5 for set 4: Must Squat Snatch 1st Squat)
Accessory:
Band Leg Curl (3x 30 each leg)
1 Leg Squat (10 each leg) to a back extension w/ 80lb DB for 10 reps: Did that 3x
MM Doing its job as always... have zero complaints so far.
 
Sunday: For Veterans Day I did not take MM before my workout because it was a Crossfit Veterans Day WOD which was:
Run 10 miles
150 Burpee Pull ups
Did it just under 2 hours.
From past experiences, taking any pre workout on a long run makes my heart race and dehydration sets in quicker due to the effects from Caffeine.
I'd rather save MM for my heavier and strength days anyway, b/c its making me put up some serious weight!

thats a serious workout right there....how did it feel not suing a pre for the first time in a lil bit, feel sluggish at all?

After that 10mile run, I took MM on Monday and Today:
Monday:
Clean and Jerks: Worked up to a 205lb Jerk which is a new PR! Also was able to Power Clean 225... my lungs and energy was AWESOME!
Rows w/ DB's (70lbs) to a Rear Delt Raise (20lb dbs): 10 reps each
CG Bench: 2 sets of 12 reps w/ 135lbs
1 set of 7 reps with 185... trying for 8, almost lol
Finished w/ abs (20lb russian twists and knee ins)

Tuesday: Felt more tired overall today, even with MM, although it was MM that made me want to lift lol
Beat my old time in this Crossfit workout:
3-6-9-12... reps of 100lb Thruster to Chest to Bar Pull-ups in 7 minutes: Got through 15 thrusters and 10 pullups
Squatted up to 275 for 1 and then back down to 225 for 10
leg press up to 8 plates on each side (im not a math major so sorry lol) 3 sets of 8

1 legged press: 2 plates each side--> 4 Plates--> 5 plates (Sets of 15, 12, 10)
Superset with Band Leg Curl (3x 25 each) and Back Extension (3x 15)

Bosu Ball Single Leg DL: 50lbs (10x each leg) then 80lbs (2 sets of 10x each leg)

Overall a great last 3 days. The running def has helped my lungs so I have to keep that up as well .

i watched this 2nd workout take place, good stuff! .....no matterhow tired you are, u drink that MM and u jsut have to lift haha

I use to drink it daily for my creatine...
ConDense can be used a daily energy drink.
 
I can see what you mean about ConDense being that it will keep that pump going all day, but I dont see use in the Caffeine unless it was for workout purposes or pulling an all nighter lol... that's just me. MM has a lot more in it for pre-workout purposes, but ConDense seems to combine an NO Product with Caffeine which could def be used for a pre work out too.
 
Also, New PR in my Deadlift Today! 455 Baby!!
did a quick Met-Con circut today and the rest was Deadlifts lol... back is sore but MM def keeping up its reputation!

Thanks man! Such an improvement from a year ago when I wasn't even close to this! Its hard to judge strength from month to month for me, How about you? I go year to year.
 
I just want to say thanks to Purus Labs again for the oppertunity to try MM! I have never had a product help me get so many PR's lol
That being said it was another great Workout today with MM!
5 Rounds for Time: Did it in 14 minutes
5 Muscle Ups (Rings)
5 Hang Snatches (95lbs)
25 Double Unders

...Then Worked on my hang snatch up to 135lbs
Did a quick circut again after that: 3 Rounds:
25 push ups, 25 sit ups and 25 double unders.
Overall a good day

I agree for sure!, MM has had such a huge impact on my gains... probably because they dont use fillers in their products like other brands
 
Workout today was good:
Started with power cleans to 205lbs
then did 3 sets of 10 with front squats at 135
Then did a circut:
5 rounds for time:
5 squat cleans
5 bench press at 185lbs
25 double unders
finished it in 10 min!

Then did 3 sets of 10 for DL:
135-225-315
Real Solid Day.
Taking a Break tm. Will fill everyone in on Sunday
 
nice work sir....how long do your workouts usually last, that one seems pretty short

It depends. my leg days are usually longer.. hour and a half normally for a strength related day.
Crossfit workouts usually don't go longer than 40 minutes

Did this circut in 6:20
5 Front Squats (185lbs)
25 pullups
4 Front Squats
20 Pull ups
3 Front Squats
15 Pull ups
2 Front Squats
10 Pull ups
1 Front Squats
5 Pull ups
Then I did a 1 rep max of my Front Squat: 10 Lb PR!: 255lbs
Then I did some handstand work b/c they make us do handstand walks in Crossfit if your good enough to get to the Crossfit Games lol
Then it was 2 Sets of 10: 315lb DL, 185lb Squat and 10 Double Unders... wanted to do 3 but I was exausted lol.
Finished with 3 sets of leg band curls and leg press...
Good Day Overall

135lb clean and jerk for 30 reps to 150 double unders: did it in 6 min!
then I did 3 sets of 10 between pullups and double unders
then I did 100 push ups. the catch was a 10 rep pullup penalty between sets for stopping
I wish I had more MM haha... starting to run low. prob about 1/3 + left
