I have been taking supplements for a few years now. i know just enough to be smart about what im doing to my body. with that being said i am far from an expert and research things in some depth before i move to something new. so, i am looking for some advice on bulk powders. i am thinking about getting away from the name brand "designer" caps and powders and starting to buy bulk ingredients.
currently i am 6' @ 220 and am currently benching in the mid 300's. (not that that is important to this thread... just to forever to get there so i wanted to share).
my goals are to drop some BF%. approximately 5% or so. i am right around 17% now. i expect that while doing this i will decrease in strength slightly.
basic week:
Monday - Chest-Tri/abbs
Tuesday - Shoulders/traps
Wednesday - Legs/abbs
Thursday - Back/Bi
Friday - Chest/Tri/abbs
workouts are typically 70-90 min and days with abb work include 15 min of different abb stations.
i do cardio in the mornings 3-4 days a week and run between 2.25 and 3.5 miles
Soo..... i know this is a lot of info that does not relate to "bulk powders" i just wanted to give a little background first.
what would you guys recommend to someone who has the same goals as i do? my plans are to take bulk mono creaine (as i already do) with DAA, but also want something that will help me burn some fat while building/maintaining strength gains and has some sort of aggression and focus added while working out
im not looking for a super drug to do this overnight just want something that will help over a few months of continued work.
