Okay so this is my week off from doing anything that makes sense as a lifter... Other than the fact I am taking a deload week before starting my 5/3/1 program that is.

So here is a not so healthy meat heads alcholic beverage. Let's call it an Amino-politan, or maybe an Extend-opolitan. 1.5-2 oz vodka, and ice in shaker cup with 1 scoop of any flavor of Extend Aminos. I am on my third for the day and well they are yummy in the Lemon-Lime Sour Flavor, Grape Escape Flavor, and the Watermelon Madness Flavor... Shake, pour and enjoy...

I know I am a dreg of society combining a healthy past time with drinking in such a blasphemous way. LOL

Stretch marks on traps? I have grown more on these 12 pounds then my 25lb on SD alone.

Numbers are crazy as usual AB. 315 front squats got my attention! Raw sh!t right there. While MLS is in the area,Lol have here check for any bruising where you felt the burn. Sounds like your groin and this could become an issue later. Not a muscle you would feel if messed up unless doing certain exercises that stress it. My son,being a hockey player,had constant problems with his. Never felt it until doing explosive change of direction movements then it became painful. Keep an eye on it big man. When you move the amount of weights you do, listening to what your body tells you is critical for longevity. Damn kid,you are 24! Can you imagine where you will be 5 or even 10yrs from now.
 
Haha thanks man! Wasn't anything serious. I'm just not flexible. When I move weight. My coach says only by plates Hahaha
 
Last night after leg day my hunger was so bad I felt sick... This hasn't left and I have been eating constantly. It's more tolerable now but still can't stop eating. Waiting on breakfast to be done but eating multiple bowls of cereal before.
Stretch marks on biceps, traps, lats, triceps and corner of chest and shoulder.
****s gettin ridiculous! Can't wait to pin tonight. Chest day, then I think Ima skip back and bi day to give that more recovery. Not sure. The Olympic lifters at my gym said deadlifts are the most taxing lifts that your body doesn't fully recover from them for up to weeks or atleast your CNS. Any ideas?
 
This was why I had asked how close to your meet will you keep doing max DLs. I've read that it could take 2 weeks for complete recovery from max DLs. Your coach is the go to here AB. Get him to map it out for you. Hopefully he has a scheduled set up for you. This will also get your head more in tune with where you are going.

I asked what prep happens before a meet. He told me that whole week won't be doin much. Maybe a few things to get the blood pumping but thats it
