currently in off-season as i consider a prep for run at nationals/jr nationals next yr, i want some immediate increase in muscle without corresponding increase in fat. (hmmm, sounds novel right??)
well, that's what my goal is here as well as strive to stay fairly lean this off-season.
i am already right now higher bf% than i wanted to be this off-season, but i am pleased with my progress so far.

taking diet back to gain mode, keeping things extremely clean tho just in caloric excess..
weights are going to be majority heavy weight/lower reps for awhile, tho i will still have some high rep days in just for change.

for now, supps are fairly basic.
multi
fish oil
preWO (Ignite2)
protein powders (of course) - mostly isolates but some blends as well. i also enjoy making my own blends/ratios.

will also be adding in 2 caps daily of Finaflex 1-Alpha.

i'm looking forward in a huge way to running the M-Sten, and anticiapte great results from the literature i read.

i jumped the gun a lil bit i guess, thought M-Sten would ship before it does..we're prolly another 10 days from lift-off guys..

I'm super stoked about M-sten RX...it will be worth the wait.
 
What mg will the caps be? Im hopeing 10mgs since most run 20 plus to see results. Also I like that someone like snagency was picked. It is much more impressive to see a product put 10lbs of muscle on someone that is already built well then it is to see 20lbs gained on a dude that only weighs 160lbs.

yes 10mg caps, quite a serving size.

Update!

A very small batch of M-STEN just arrived at IML's!

The M-STEN will first ship to the Loggers and then regular orders will be taken on the 5th of December.

all right..so i popped my first bright orange cap with supper last night, second one here this morning upon waking. that will be my daily dosing regime.
my plan is to update weekly, all 4 weeks of this log. of course i'll still be around daily if need be..
i'm not going to lay out my training regime, as it is fluid and constantly changes based on many factors. typically i favor 1 basic bodypart per day, 5 days weekly training layout, but again if need be i'll bust out a superset or giant set day with multiple bodyparts, to stay on track with the ultimate goal.
diet - guys, this one is in the bag, have no fears. not going to list daily totals, but i'll talk diet here & there, and of course post the occasional food porn. :D
this is fluid as well - i am employing an ebb/flow approach to my dietary intake this winter, so far it has been effective and kept fat to a minimum. weight is 206 upon rising, so currently we will take cals down and tighten things up for a short time..
if there are any questions, feel free to ask.

first workout
realigning my routine since i had to shuffle due to a groin strain last week..so, busted out a nice lil bi/tri superset routine, finished up with some ab work..'arms day' is my least favorite of the training, but movement was good, pace was brisk, and pump was skin-splitting..
was a superb first session.
gonna ease in some leg work tomorrow..

okay a lil mid-first-week update..
things are going along rather splendidly. while i want to remind folks i been taking 1-Alpha for 3 weeks prior to M-Sten and will be running the stack thruout next 30 days - i also want to say i can see physique changes anew since i've started the M-Sten, without doing anything different than what i been doing or changing the plan. very quick..
other than that it's still early. libido is jacked thru the roof (thought it was starting to lag from 1-Alpha but last 2 days it's making strong comeback, i'll credit M-Sten since this always happens to me early on in cycle, when i just start something new), strength and pumps are great (1-Alpha been good), body and joints feeling lubed and flexible (Achilles is awesome), energy nice and explosive in the weightroom (Ignite2, love it)..

training has been:
MON - arms/abs
TUE - quads/hams/calves
WED shoulders

today will be back and some abs..gonna flare them lats like king cobra. :yup:
it's gonna be a beautiful day.

after a steady diet of pull-ups/bent BB rows/cable pulldowns recently, it was good to shake things up.
DB lawnmowers/DB stiff-arm pullovers/seated cable pulleys w/ D-grip were the highlight this day, going fairly heavy (6-10 rep range).

thanks man. belly is a lil bigger than i'd like, but it's not like i'm running around with my shirt off these days (only in forums lol)..so, wth. i'm getting some good growth right now, so i'll suffer with a smidge of fat gain.
still - can't wait for cuttin time to roll around. soon..soon.

killer chesticles session today. was working a 6x6 scheme this day w/ 335 on flat bench, got thru it pretty easily. decided to tack on a bonus set of 355, got it for 4 reps. felt way good about that, it was pretty light. did couple sets flyes and that was that..chest was so pumped i could put a plate on the top of it, and the plate would sit there just fine....

anyway - was supposed to be an off day, then another SUN..instead, will take the w/e off.
