Airborne's Quest to PowerLifting (and whatever he's on ATM)

Wish I ended up having more Transform SD. This Methastadrol is garbage... Not sure my weight... But today starts my final week on it and I ran it at 30 all the way through. Last weigh in was plus 10

I have been makin those jokes too. Felt like an ******* last night... Walked up to this annoying dude in the break room and was like hey man... I'll stop sayin those jokes. He just looked at me wierd. I said yeah I didn't know that you were actually a pole puffer haha turned and left the room

Go to your settings and then scroll to the general settings on the left.

I figured out how to see updates,for some reason it's showing them when I click settings at the top.But before today it had always showed a red number of updates under the notifications tab,and inbox was separate,now notifications takes straight to inbox!FTS!
