Feeling good today guys.
Got to get the diet back on track, been slipping for about 7 days.

Woke and trained fasted 1st time in forever w/just ConDense in my stomach. Ate good last night and got a decent 8 hours sleep so I'm sure that played a role.
I'm playing with an Upper/Lower split 4 times a week, high volume. I'm training each group twice a week, 4-6 sets, 2 exercises per group, light/moderate weight, high reps. Let's see what happens... Shouldn't be any over training as long as I'm eating and sleeping enough, & gotta use em or lose em.

Word mane, I just fixed the typos in my post. Feel two time a week will be more intense than just the usual BB 4-5 day split, still leaves time to get that cardio in too. (Trying to burn em cals)
Craving chicken & broccoli today, well I was not so much now. :lol:
This training style will be a mix of GVT/DTP, I'm call it F5: For total destruction, (4-6 sets, 2 exercises, 20 reps, 50-70% of 1 RM, right around there anyway depending on how I feel) & I should be growing and looked pumped 24/7. :D

Haven't changed at all, haven't needed to yet. But it's coming soon. This week (9th) firstbweek that hasn't really made much loss. May be stagnating this week so will evaluate Sunday.

Down 2 inches on waist. Less than 33.
Weighing in around 186 (didn't eat enough and dehydrated weighed in 184.8 one morning)

Obviously fat loss all over.
Just started another tub of Alphamine yesterday, and in week 2 of injectable L-carnitine. Should help move me forward.
