Planks 3 sets a 1 minute.
Side planks 2 sets 1 minute each
Leg ball lifts 2 sets 12 reps
Chest flys 2 sets 30lbs 6 reps
Chest press 3 sets 50lbs 6 reps
Push ups 7 sets 15 reps

Lungs 40lbs 3 sets
One leg 20lb stiff leg dead lift 3 sets 6 reps
Calf walk 50 lbs stairs

Well in the contest I'm in, videos get you more chances to win. How can you not watch videos on your smart phone but you can read my log. Are you not with a computer? Typing is more of a pain on my phone.

If I am sitting at work and don't have WiFi signal I either wait minutes for my phone to buffer a video or I take 30 seconds to read a post.

Plus, I am sure many people are in the same boat as me and would be more likely to read an update if it was concise then spend a few minutes looking through all the videos. :)
