Doing it how I always do. Playing it by feel and mirror. No diet set. If I set a diet I tend to fail. Right now just a mostly clean high carb diet.

For me It's what keeps me super focused on my diet all week just knowing I can eat carbs on day 7... Usually Captn Crunch..lol

Lol I love cereal! That could have been my problem too on refeed days mostly consisted of brown rice wheat bread/buns nothing to really look forward to lol

Yeah I can see that you have no problem cutting..6 pack and all...lol but bulking is more fun..and test and Dbols sure help!!!

Back/biceps. Great workout but went a bit heavy right off the bat with bent over row and it forced me to take some of my lifts lighter then I could have gone. It seemed to work to my advantage though as it created a pump that was unreal and veins appeared very thick and prominent all over my body. Weight is still up 6 lbs which doesn't surprise me due to consuming about a gallon and a half of water a day as well as 300+ carbs for nearly a week.

Quick update...

Bumped dbol to 40 yesterday and will continue at that dose assuming my body continues to handle it well. I have a lot of them so I should be able to run at a high dose for the 4 weeks. Headaches have been nearly non-existent which is typical of my body. I usually suffer first few days of the cycle and then it eases up. Hunger has been incredibly strong and still holding that alpha feeling. I've been quite short and to the point with people so I'm feeling maybe that's a good sign things will be picking up. May try the 2 dbol pre today but that would put me at 50 for the day. Have chest and I'm ready to murder the weights! Will update post gym at about 11 AM.

Chest/tris. Weight up again today. Strength isn't there yet. Switched to a few lifts I haven't done in about a month so it may take a few sessions to see numbers get back up. Joint pain pretty bad by the end of the workout especially in my shoulders.
