I feel ya bro my Gma passed last year I had to sit and watch her die slowly of pancreatic cancer I was the last one she said anything to then boom two hours later gone to heavin. Prayers and love bro

Def! Yea she had cancer in the brain. They did a surgery but she's was still terminal. Left her paralyzed... She is not all there but she recognized me and called my wife beautiful. Made her day to see my son as well... She could barely talk... She just held my hand and talked a few words to me. Wad sad

Like Grambo said bro a couple days, in my case the test I'm on lots of pip so 3 days grrr. As u start feeling ur pwo and getting ur legs warmed up. Ur adrenaline takes over!
 
Thought you were fine with the PIP? Mine was wicked bad today but feels better now. Just a bit sore.

Virgin muscles suck dude! Every location you use will be sore for a day or two though like everyone else said. As long as you have good shot technique (not shakey, don't move the needle around, pull it out straight) the pip will go away after the first couple pins.

Not always. The oil almost "lumps" and that doesn't always go away.


As far as pip, quads takes 3-4 days to fade for me BUT I Dont like pinning quads. Glutes don't get pip nor do Delts for me.

Haha I'm the complete opposite got pip in glutes but not in quads
 
I'll be trying glute tomorrow. Just afraid I won't be able to keep needle straight when entering. We shall see.
 
Just pinned glute last night, tell ya how it feels in a couple days lol, its tough to reach my glute about had the wifey give a try but she got pissed at me the other day so she could of easily paid me back for that. Haha!

Are we all saying Glutes so LTL doesn't say something homo? Idk. Haha. Only ever pinned my arse and shoulders. Jabbed a nerve is the arse once and was not cool. You start building up some scar tissue after awhile too (or I did anyways). That made it sh1tter to poke through sometimes. I also like pinning after a shower with the oil on the counter to "thin", never had a prob with oil boils that way. (Test 400, C,E,P)

Honestly, I've never tried it. It's a thought though. Honestly though, heat the oil up to body temperature before you pin it and it does help. IMO just alcohol swab then push. Unless you can dedicate time to foam rolling and showering and heat pads and every other way to reduce pip, best way to get over it is get used to it. If he ever ends up on short esters pinning ed would be a pain in the ass foam rolling and heating and showering etc etc.
 
I pinned the 1.5 in bout 3/4 in my quad... Aspirated... Was hard to pull back but got a bubble, when I let go it went back in. Superbeast... You say bury the whole 1.5 in?
