I won second in novice lightweight... and didnt place in the open middle weight... i could of been alot more cut... oh well lesson learnedHow did you do in the comp... ?
You mind explaining bantam? What weight is that? Ive been hearing that alot....It's all part of the learning experience. You know what you did right to place in the novice and know what to work on both for off season building and how you want to sculptor yourself. Take the best from it and move forward. Each show matures your body to get leaner, build up, peak better... All steps forward. Keep up the good work. I placed second and fourth open lightweights last year and was told I needed time to mature... I'm going in bantam this year with new visions. Good luck.
Wow i was bantam then also lol.... i weighed in at 163.... lol....<150lb.... I feel so small. lol
Lightweight for this show was 150.25 - 164 and I just didn't feel like I could be competitive against someone with 10lbs on me. Id rather be the biggest in my division.
Ok fellas for the past two days i took my doses... im not working out yet but will be tomorrow...
One thing i can already tell is sex drive is going up....
Tomorrow i will start my strict diet... made a huge batch of chili... ill be cooking my daily intake of rice and mix it with the stack chili. To get my full intake of meat.... sodium might be up there lol.... but itll be alright tom is a busy day... so itll get more strict as i get used to the diet....

Then I am training women that look hotter every day and that's not fuggin helping. It's getting tough to make it through the day..

^^^ Agreed ^^^ DW & I have very similar metabolisms, I just go about my dieting a little different, but we do share roughly the same caloric intake with extremely similar macros, I just do it through out the day with small, measured out portions, while DW does it in 2-3 Lg controlled portions (to each his own) bottom line is it is all about eating for your body-type and knowing which Macros work for you, the rest is personal preference (IMO)!My refeeds are less than 5000 cals Lean gains makes things pretty easy though. This is a good example how opposite different body types are about eating. Harder gainers have inefficient systems, food goes right through them so they need to eat more than a couple meals a day. I am just the oppoosite this kind of eating was disasterous for me. I eat 2 to 3 meals a day but very large ones. I have a very efficient system so I don't need as many calories and a meal stays with me a lot longer time. I can perform very well fasted. One could say I am unevolved in this manner. Know who you are it will save you years of anguish...

True... my body doesnt do well with sweets and stuff that you can eat right after a workout.... well it was cbl diet... but similar..... i will go back to that diet when i dont have any money, and / or im not training....My concern was proper intake of micronutrients. I feel like I don't absorb all the vitamins, minerals, and such.

The libido boost is significant which is worthless to me but I use it for the other benefits... has me pretty freaking alpha as well..Noted for future reference. May just pick some up for the libido boost.

Ill be able to workout this weekend and maybe friday night... plan on busting out deadlifts, sumo deads, and wide bar grips, with pullups. maybe one arm rows... Well see if my work allows it...Hmmm a significant boost in libido, however, sounds awesome to me.

For not being able to workout all week cept monday... my body feels so "big"....i see my reflection in mirrors and windows at work and i cant help but do a double take.... crazy... Decent stuff for herbal lol!
