Madds87 feeling full of free test during PCT! (Sponsored)

Ok fellas thanx to finaflex, i get to log this beautiful stack....

Just finished a bodybuilding competition. Also finished up a cycle of epi, which was followed with clomid. Im just now coming off of clomid and erase. I weighed in at 163.6 for the comp and im already 171.4...

What's my reason for this log?
Well to get my strength back, recover faster, and boost my sex drive.

I have never used daa products and am very excited for it! :)
Im also hoping for a euphoric feeling... from the detox in the pct...

.....Dosages.....
Pure test- 4 pills for two weeks, 5 pills for two weeks, 6 pills for two weeks, continued till i run out.
REVOLUTION PCT- 2 Capsules every night
Ignite 2- Before workouts. One scoop.

What will my diet look like?
5000 clean calories is my goal... this will slowely worked into...
Two weeks from now i should hit goal... we will see...
I will adjust calories if i start to get fat... which im not trying... just want to saturate the muscles with nutrients.

My training regimen will consist of low reps heavy weight.
6-8 rep range maybe 4. Each body part will have its mass lifts, ex. Legs squats/leg press, chest bench press, shoulders standing military press, back deadlifts.
There will also be one or two secondary lifts.
Keeping it real simple for a little while, to see how strength does. Which will be the core of measurement and of coarse size. ;)

I wont post example of diet every single time i eat, but if anything changes ill let you know. Training i will try my best on posting every workout i do.

I will start tomorrow.

Let the test flow through my veins!

I won second in novice lightweight... and didnt place in the open middle weight... i could of been alot more cut... oh well lesson learned
 
It's all part of the learning experience. You know what you did right to place in the novice and know what to work on both for off season building and how you want to sculptor yourself. Take the best from it and move forward. Each show matures your body to get leaner, build up, peak better... All steps forward. Keep up the good work. I placed second and fourth open lightweights last year and was told I needed time to mature... I'm going in bantam this year with new visions. Good luck.

You mind explaining bantam? What weight is that? Ive been hearing that alot....
 
<150lb.... I feel so small. lol
Lightweight for this show was 150.25 - 164 and I just didn't feel like I could be competitive against someone with 10lbs on me. Id rather be the biggest in my division.

One thing i can already tell is sex drive is going up....

Tomorrow i will start my strict diet... made a huge batch of chili... ill be cooking my daily intake of rice and mix it with the stack chili. To get my full intake of meat.... sodium might be up there lol.... but itll be alright tom is a busy day... so itll get more strict as i get used to the diet....

Chest tomorrow! Booyah!!!

Prediction your drive will get uncomfortably high hope your girl friend/wife is a freak :) It's fuggin torture for me as I an an old fugger with an older wife who doesn't have my ... stamina. Then I am training women that look hotter every day and that's not fuggin helping. It's getting tough to make it through the day..

Haha.... yeah..... my gf def will help calm the storm.... but if it gets beyond twice a day.... i dont think she will be able to keep up lol....

Great workout for the first day back! Strength is almost back...

Worked chest today... took the ignite, one scoop. (great taste!)

Smith incline 10/135, 10/135, 10/135, 10/135 warm up workout...

Hammer bench 10/225, 8/275, 6/315, 6/365

Db incline bench 10/60, 8/70, 8/75, 4/80

Db bench press 10/75, 8/80, 6/90, 3/100

Db pullovers 5/75, 6/75, 6/75

Dips 10/bw, 10/bw, 10/bw, 10/bw, 8/bw


Workout was good. I wasnt wired out of my mind... but def was able to get the job done... focus was there... and after i was done working out... had to use the restroom, could of been from the preworkout... not sure though... well see...
Was surprised at the weight i was able to lift for first day back...

Glad you could join sir! If yall have any recommendations please tell me... i asked dw for some creatrona to throw in with this stack... what you think? I think ill have enough daa in my system to kill a horse... lol
 
DIET:

GOAL 5000 calories...

this week i will be working up to it...
This is what my goal will be ex.
60g protein, 80g carbs, 23g fat
6 meals a day...
This works out to be 25% fat, 35% protein, 40% carbs....
139 fat, 438 protein, 500 carbs....

Ton of food but dont know till you try :)

One thing im doing is drinking half a gallon of milk 2%... mixed with peanut butter and three scoop of whey... i drink this in morning or during my workout... this will knock out 1200 cals not including peanut butter and protein shake... which if it was counted prob would be 1500-1700...
 
Power house shakes like that fill in the gaps nicely. There have been times I've started crying trying to finish meals. It happens.

Lol!!! Yah... like if you miss a meal.... i have layed on the floor for three hrs because i had to lay flat or id puke lol... good thing for tv.... and droid phones lol
 
Just something i made.... nom nom nom....

White rice. Chili. With shredded cheese on top. Andddd sriracha hot chili sauce on top! Mouth is burning! But its a good pain. :)

My refeeds are less than 5000 cals :( Lean gains makes things pretty easy though. This is a good example how opposite different body types are about eating. Harder gainers have inefficient systems, food goes right through them so they need to eat more than a couple meals a day. I am just the oppoosite this kind of eating was disasterous for me. I eat 2 to 3 meals a day but very large ones. I have a very efficient system so I don't need as many calories and a meal stays with me a lot longer time. I can perform very well fasted. One could say I am unevolved in this manner. Know who you are it will save you years of anguish...

^^^ Agreed ^^^ DW & I have very similar metabolisms, I just go about my dieting a little different, but we do share roughly the same caloric intake with extremely similar macros, I just do it through out the day with small, measured out portions, while DW does it in 2-3 Lg controlled portions (to each his own) bottom line is it is all about eating for your body-type and knowing which Macros work for you, the rest is personal preference (IMO)!
 
I'm still playing around with this for off season. Although I've become accustomed and found preference in longer fasted states its hard for me to put on weight so I open up the feed window as compared to a cut which is between 4-6 hours.

Yeah i tried lean gains.... it was alot easier.... but i dont feel like im getting the full potential.... compared to eating six meals a day...
 
My concern was proper intake of micronutrients. I feel like I don't absorb all the vitamins, minerals, and such.

True... my body doesnt do well with sweets and stuff that you can eat right after a workout.... well it was cbl diet... but similar..... i will go back to that diet when i dont have any money, and / or im not training....

Ok fellas havent been able to workout cept do push ups and pullups, bodyweight excercises. Ill be working out this weekend....
This supplement i can def. notice two things.... of coarse my sex drive, orgasms are freeking intense! lol and then my sleep has been real deep... Takes me a minute to wake up...

The sex with my gurl are so much more intense atleast for me... i dont know but def showing my 'o' face lol....
 
Noted for future reference. May just pick some up for the libido boost.

It def has been a plus! def starting to feel the alpha... Im actually surprised at how decent this stuff is and its only been a week and a half.... Crazy... Ill be able to workout this weekend and maybe friday night... plan on busting out deadlifts, sumo deads, and wide bar grips, with pullups. maybe one arm rows... Well see if my work allows it...

For not being able to workout all week cept monday... my body feels so "big"....i see my reflection in mirrors and windows at work and i cant help but do a double take.... crazy... Decent stuff for herbal lol!

Ok fellas.
Did five sets of five reps of deadlifts...
Warmed up nothing to crazy....
The workout part was tire tosses... did 20 sets of 5 flips. Really got me breathing heavy....
Workouts arent to intense right now... but they will be promise!

Ha... yeah fellas after doing those tire tosses.... my whole butt, hamstrings, forearms, lower back, and abs are real sore.... lol didnt expect that when i woke up... def going to be a staple every week im working...
Have some heavy lifting shoulders tonight... ill post up the new work out plans... basically im going to follow t-nations workout plan called I,bodybuilder.... looks fun...

Supplement update... my sleeping is amazing!!!!
