Thanks dude. The deep squats had my legs twitching. My new goal is to get 500 a couple times going ATG.

With the way you've been hitting PRs, I'm sure you'll nail it. I couldn't imagine squatting at your height...must take forever lol.

Day 42

I got a good 8 hours of sleep last night and feel refreshed.

2 scoops of Alphamine and a cap of EP were taken first thing this morning.

2 caps of SlinTensity were taken 20 mins before breakfast, about 3 hours post Alphamine.

TPwder was dosed with breakfast.

I just had a scoop of Alphamine and will be waiting a couple hours before eating.

I'm dosing ABE throughout the day with meals and pre bed.

Cissus XT was dosed before breakfast and will be taken before dinner.

I weighed 210.6lbs (+3.2lbs overall) this morning. My weight is continuing to slowly drop along with my caloric intake. I'm definitely starting to lean out a little and I doesn't look like I've sacrificed any muscle at this point. Hopefully I've set myself up to show some decent changes in body composition by the end of my run.

Yea I know I can get it I just need to have my friggin workout partner there to spot me... but yes in my mind it seems to take FOR-EV-ER to complete a rep of heavy weight.

I'm 6' & I complain about my long legs for squatting & now I can't imagine squatting at 6'9" !!!

Its definitely not my favorite thing to do but I know that legs have to be done. Since I'm so tall they are really lean and long and they are definitely hard to add mass to... just gotta keep doing it :(

I got my day off to a good start with Alphamine/EP, waited 3 hours, popped 2 caps of SlinTensity, and had breakfast.

My weight is up a little at 211.4lbs (+4lbs overall). However, this is probably the lowest its been after a complete day of rest in a while.

I'm getting ready to hit the gym, so I can get back in time for all the 1pm kickoffs.

My second dose of Alphamine was around 4pm (2 hours post/pre food).

I finished the last of my X-Gels with today's workout. I still haven't received X-Factor, but was told the retailer will have it by tomorrow at the latest. Waiting a couple days to resume ArA shouldn't be a problem considering it can be used effectively with a 4x week (pre workout) dose.

I'm happy with the way my diet changes are showing in the mirror. My appearance looks to be slowly tightening up a little more each day. Hopefully this is Alphamine's time to shine.

Thankfully I'm out of work pretty early. My diet today has been strictly protein bars (4 Quest and 2 VPX Zero Impact lol), since I didn't have time to grab anything else this morning. I'm excited to make some real food in a few minutes.

I managed to have my morning Alphamine on the ride to work and had my second dose around 11am. A cap of EP and ABE were dosed with my lunch, so I'm on track with supplementation despite my hectic morning.

I'll be going to the gym in about an hour. I might switch up my routine and do some shoulders, traps, biceps, calves, and abs. I'm donating blood tomorrow, so the gym won't be an option.

My triceps have some serious DOMS today, which is a very rare occurrence. It's most likely from adding DB incline extensions into my routine yesterday. The X-Gels probably have something to do with it as well.

Tomorrow will be a day off from the gym and physical work. I have the opportunity to sleep in a little and I'm looking forward to it.
 
Nice workout man. Love me some face pulls and cable isolation curls (you called them overhead curls but I know exactly what you mean). Those curls definitely help add to the "pop" of the biceps. I noticed some growth in size and and some added vascularity through my biceps after about a month of incorporating them :)

Thanks DJ. I started those curls a few months ago and liked them enough to keep in the rotation.

Extra sleep is fantastic when possible. I normally average 5 hours during the week, so I know what you mean.
 
Day 45

I got to sleep until 9am and felt refreshed. I had 2 scoops of Alphamine and relaxed for a while after I woke up.

2 caps of SlinTensity were dosed before my first meal of the day, which was 3 hours after Alphamine.

I'm currently sitting in a recliner at the Red Cross giving blood. I'm doing a red cell and platelet donation, which takes up to 2 hours. I don't have a problem with this, but I'm about 15 mins in, and already have to piss. I don't think I should hit the gym after giving a bunch of blood, but I know ill be tempted to.
 
Day 45 continued

My diet got a little off track today, but will remain within a couple hundred calories of my intended goal. I ended up having a big bag of "fruit snacks" while donating blood and was given a free burrito coupon for the Qdoba next door. I hadn't had any type of fast food in over a year and decided to go for it. I had my carbs more than cut in half the last week, but they're back up today and protein is down. I don't see my little diet slip hurting my progress and everything will be back on point tomorrow.

I had my second dose of Alphamine and a cap of EP a couple hours after my burrito.

I'm dosing ABE with my remaining meals and pre bed. TPwder will be dosed pre bed as well. I hope to get some solid sleep with this combo.

1 cap of SlinTensity will be taken before dinner. I wish I had some (or ABE) with me for my unexpected lunch.

It's per week...jk. Yeah, I average 5hrs a night when I have to work during the day (usually M-F). Recently I've been moving the average closer to 6 though.

I'm about the same. Asleep by 8AM-9AM at the latest and up by 2PM or 3PM so I can fit in my workout, meal, and wifey time before going having to go back to work for 12hrs starting at 7PM. Sucks, but my body has adjusted to it. Thankfully full time for me is only 3 days a week but I like working dat overtime for der money.

It's definitely gotten easier with time...not much though. The stack has actually helped my daily energy quite a bit, which has made life a lot easier, both in and out of the gym. I'm an overtime fan as well. Nothing wrong with some extra cash.
 
Glad you indulged in the food bro. Sometimes it's just what you need to keep the metabolism kicked in to gear. Sounds like your day ended up being alright after all!

The food was decent (and free), but not what I would've picked for a cheat meal. My carbs have only made it down to 225g on my lowest day so far lol. Sounds like a "carb up" for some people, but its quite a drop from the 500-700 I was getting daily. I'm guessing the actual amount I'm absorbing is pretty low with the way my body works and SlinTensity before high carb meals though. I just turned down cupcakes and ice cream too. I might have had a little if I didn't have a burrito already.
 
Day 46

It's getting tough to get out of bed as the weather is changing, but knowing Alphamine was waiting helped the cause. I had 2 scoops, a cap of EP, and some Cissus XT, first thing morning. 2 caps of SlinTensity were dosed 20 mins before breakfast (2 hours post Alphamine).

My weight was 210.4lbs (+3lbs overall). Considering that yesterday didn't include any physical work or gym, and how I can hold water, that's an indication that my "true weight" is going down.

Energy was great all day. I came home from work feeling like I had barely done anything.

I had a cap of ABE with a mid morning meal, SlinTensity before lunch, and Alphamine 2 hours later.


I just finished up a small meal and I'm getting ready to hit the gym.

I managed about 5 hours of what felt like quality sleep. 2 scoops of Alphamine, a cap of EP, and Cissus XT started my day.

I had 2 caps of SlinTensity before breakfast, which continues to prevent any bloat/lethargy normally associated with higher carb meals.

My weight was 209.6lbs (+2.2lbs overall) this morning. Still being up in total weight while looking leaner is a win in my book. I've hopefully set myself up for a decent recomp when all is said and done.

I had a long day of physical work, but I'm still in decent shape. Alphamine was a good help with energy and keeping my appetite in control. I ended up going without food for 6 hours (not by choice).

I had a cap of ABE with a meal this morning and a cap of SlinTensity before my lunch.

I finally got some food in me and I'm getting ready for the gym.

The gym went great. It's like I have another gear that the stack has put me in. Once again energy, focus, and strength were all on point. The pump tonight was pretty strong as well. I didn't think I responded very well to Agmatine (for pumps), but I the combo of TPwder and Protocol might've provided me an effective dose. I had never gone over 1g pre workout and am currently getting 1.5g. I ended up doing more chest work than initially planned. My chest is a definite weak point and I might try consistently working it twice a week.

My weight was up a minimal amount from yesterday, but I drank about a half gallon of water before stepping on the scale. My appearance looks like its continuing to slowly tighten up.

I had 2 caps of SlinTensity about 20 mins before a fairly large breakfast. My meal was 2.5 hours after dosing Alphamine.

Easy day of work and I finshed up early. I had a cap of ABE with a meal this morning and a cap of SlinTensity before lunch. I ate later than normal and am currently waiting to dose Alphamine. This will be my first time adding it to my pre workout routine.

It seemed to add to the mood elevation I've been experiencing as well as improve my sleep quality.

With not much to do, I was able to wait 5 hours before my first meal of the day. My Alphamine dosing/timing has been on point throughout my run, and with my diet adjustments the product is really starting to shine in terms of fat loss.

I had 2 caps of SlinTensity before a decent sized breakfast, which was free from any bloating/lethargy once finished.

ABE has been dosed with meals throughout the day and will be taken pre bed.

I weighed in at 208.6lbs (+1.4lbs overall) this morning. At this point I'm looking a little leaner each day. I may have sacrificed some muscle in the process, but not enough that I can say for sure. Either way, my appearance is noticeably tightening up, which has been confirmed by others. A decrease in abdominal fat over the last 2+ weeks has been backed with caliper readings as well. Muscle definition and vascularity are both increasing. "Old veins" are becoming more prominent and "new veins" are surfacing for the first time. Striations in my delts are also starting to show. I think there should be some unmistakable changes to my physique by the end of my run.

Due to delays with releasing the new 200ct X-Factor, I won't have it until Tuesday or Wednesday. I had been debating on whether to continue my log throughout the duration of the bottle (about another month) or save it for a future run. My decision was made for me earlier today, when I was selected to test the new USPlabs product. That being said, I should finish my current run as originally planned (8 weeks total). I already have a nice stack ready to go that will include the X-Factor. I'll probably end up logging it in a couple months.

Thanks FU! It means a lot coming from such a great logger like yourself. The way I split things up really makes it easier for me to keep up with. During the workweek, I don't have much free time and use the few minutes I have to update.

Sleep was decent. I haven't noticed a big decline in quality since stopping TPwder at this point. I had Alphamine, EP, and Cissus XT first thing this morning.

Good amount of substance in that workout man! I bet you were freaking wrecked after! I like how you did the cable flys too. Ground to top probably worked entire chest. Keep it up bro!

Yeah it was overkill, but I was having fun and had time before football started. My chest was pretty dead on the last couple sets. I've been trying different approaches with it, trying to get some growth. I don't really expect any with my current calorie intake though. I might start doing heavy DB work for a while and see where that gets me.
 
Day 51

I only got 4 hours of sleep, but I'm doing alright after my morning dose of Alphamine. EP and Cissus XT were taken with it, shortly after waking up.

2 caps of SlinTensity were dosed 20 mins before a big breakfast. I ate about 2 hours post Alphamine.

My weight is up to 210lbs (+2.6lbs overall). I know I didn't actually gain any "real" weight and must be holding a little water.
 
Day 51 continued

I completely forgot about my lack of sleep (until now), as my energy has been great. I just got home from a day of physical work, feeling great, and not the least bit tired. I'm missing the added benefits of TPwder, but glad my high energy levels are being maintained with the substituted DAA products.

I had a cap of ABE with a mid morning meal and a cap of SlinTensity before lunch.

My second dose of Alphamine was taken 2 hours after lunch, and I'm currently waiting to have my pre workout meal. I've been switching my second dose between 1-2 scoops for the last week. I haven't needed the extra energy, so I might as well get more out of the tub. I actually have more on the way, for use sometime in the next few months.


The following supps will be taken pre workout:

I'll be working biceps, forearms, calves, and abs.
 
Day 51 continued

I had one of the best workouts I can remember in a long time. It would've been nice if some bigger lifts were involved, but what was done couldn't have gone any better. Focus and strength were both great. Every exercise had improvement, and some more than I've seen in a while. I might have actually PR'd several exercises beating previous #'s before I was sick. I don't know if my body was thanking me for boosting the calories up, but I felt powerful. Maybe I should continue to sleep less haha.

- The most BW chins I had done was 18, prior to tonight. I had reached this point several times over the last few months, but could never get past it, regardless of improvement with weighted chins. I was so happy to crack 20, that I could of just walked out, feeling good with a one set workout.

Day 52

I didn't sleep very well again. I'm starting to think that the quality is taking a hit, since finishing TPwder.

I had Alphamine, EP, and Cissus XT as soon as I woke up. 2 caps of SlinTensity were taken (2 hours later) 20 mins before breakfast.

I weighed in at 208.6lbs (+1.2lbs overall) this morning. I'd like to finish up around this weight and possibly a little leaner than I am currently.

I'm out of work early to spend the rest my afternoon in misery...I have to renew my license at the DMV. I tried to do it online, but apparently I can only do that once every 10 years.

Edit: Nevermind... because I filled out a pre registration online, I skipped the current 2 hour 45min wait time and was there less than 5 mins lol.

I brought a protein bar (VPX Zero Impact) and my pre workout supps with me, which I'm about to consume, and head straight to the gym.

My lack of sleep the last couple days is starting to catch up with me. When I got home from the gym, I was beat. Thankfully I'm ahead (time wise) with my normal daily routine and should be able to get to sleep at a decent hour.
