Declines are awesome! The trick is in flexing your lats really hard to pull your shoulders down. It totally takes shoulders out of the press and crushes your chesticles.
Absolutely, its insane how much more I can bench when, on the way down I carry the weight with my lats and then focus on my chest up. That is probably one of things that helped my bench the most.
 
That's what you wanna do almost like bending the bar to you and pulling it.
 
All this decline talk .... now I'm tweaking my next week to throw those back in :)

That's all I lift in are my 5 fingers. Been considering the chuck Taylor's for squat but its not a priority right now.

Kill that workout brother. I'm curious to see what you think of Prodigy. I've had it for a couple weeks and its becoming one of my favorite pre workouts.

Yea I bought some Hella expensive ones... Felt subconscious bout them so they stayed brand new in their box in my closet till my coach recommended me to them. Atleast for deadlifts haha

Will do brother and ill talk bout it! Yea it has become a favorite of many so I have to try it! I been so hooked on mm and ConDense I need another pwo in my arsenal. Alphamine and Focus you recommended me kicked ass tho. I use that for work.

Bombed it today! Great energy and focus! Prodigy did great! Yet when I got it was clumped up. No preserve pillow lol but mixed fine.... The flavor tbh was not what I was fond of....BUT maybe that had to do with no preserve pouch. Great product... Will do a review for it when all gone!

My form is a lil jacked... I tend to lean forward slightly which makes me use more of my back... I'm learning to lean back, keep tight and drive from heels.

Dude that's the HARDEST thing for me to get down on my FL form. Except I cant get the effing round out of my back so I can't lean back and drive. I have to over compensate do much I feel like I'm gonna fall backwards. Even with light weights I do it.

My back stays straight but **** lol I need to keep the bar close and drag up

Ha i just can't figure how to keep my back straight as weird as that sounds. Sounds like it should be easy lol
 
DL is a tough lift to find the groove on. Big thing is not letting the shoulders get out in front of the bar. I'm sure the big guy will get your form dialed in.

If you round your back get a belt to help support and keep things straight
