Dans fat smack log

Thanks guys. I'm down about 7-9 total depending on the day since I started my cut. And about 6 since I started the FSXR. I'm losing BF though for sure. Especially around my midsection.

Private. I don't mess with public land id rather not get shot at lol...I had it in a little funnel catching them coming in/out of the corn. My only guess is someone went in to the corn to pick pot or something and got they're picture taken when they came out. Sucks man I was pis*ed

I feel you we had 7 stolen last year along with a few of our stands. We have"wanderers" that come through I think they are hill people. Sometimes we catch them on video creeping around the cabin. Its appalachia and I think they are meth heads.

Today's workout was cardio and abs only. I'm going to try and throw 2 days a week in like this. Cals were a little low today only around 1800. Weight was 217.5 this morning. 12 pounds to go until my goal weight. It's looking doubtful I'm going to get there but I'll still be happy if I can hit 210. Chest and tri's Wednesday.

My diet is pretty much the same everyday

Egg whites and turkey bacon ( or oatmeal if I'm feeling saucy lol)
Chicken breast made on the George foreman grill-No reason other than its the easiest way to cook them
96% lean beef
Almonds
Almond butter/all natty PB
And the occasional Greek yogurt.
2 whey shakes with water.

Went back and look at my logs. I was 224.6 on Aug. 25th (the day I officially started my cut) and 222.5 on aug 31st. When I started fat smack. 217 today so all together about 7 pounds in 4 weeks.

Everything after flat bench was down today. Diet has been around 1800 cals for the last 3 days. So I'm sure that has alot to do with it. But did manage to hit another PR on bench. About a month left on the cut.

Hit back this morning. Had an awesome gym session. Felt strong as soon as I hit the door. Back and bi's were completely shot when I left. Diets been around 1800-2000 cals all week. Scale hasn't moved but def still losing BF. I noticed last night I can feel/see my lats when I flex now. I've never been able to do that. I have a feeling this cut is really going to take off in the next 3 weeks. One week of FSXR left will give my final review next week. Scale said 217.2 this morning.

Sometimes I'd like to just throw the scale out the window and stop using it since I don't feel it's the most accurate way to judge your body comp. but then I remember I can't get a consistent reading ever on my BF calipers so its about my best option to track where I'm at lol. Hopefully the scale starts budgin for ya though I know it can be disappointing sometimes.

I hear ya man, same exact situation I've got. Stuck at 184-185 one day it's one another day it's the other. Bf is around 21.3% and then goes up to 22.7% doesn't make any sense.

Ha that's closer than I can get my calipers Lol I can't seem to repeat within 2.5 percent day to day.
 
What's up guys. Sorry for no update for the last few days. Not a whole lot going on. Hit a late night shoulder cardio session Saturday night. But my phone was dead so I didn't log it. Diets been a little different the last few days. I've been throwing in some carbs and man does it make a difference! I forgot what it was like having skin tearing pumps in the gym lol. All good carbs though. Swapping out 2 chicken breast meals for grilled tilapia and brown rice. And also adding a whole wheat bun and eating a chicken sandwich instead of just the chicken. Hit chest today. PWO has consisted of 1 scoop Marinade 2FSXR and 1 scoop jack3d. (Don't yell at me Aaron or Doja ill have condense by next week lol) scale is sticking hard between 217-219 despite cardio and 1800 cals. Here's

Went in today and just didnt feel right. Tried to work on my DL form and just got frustrated. So I think that just set the mood for the rest of the day. Strength wasn't horrible but wasn't that great either. Tried my 350 bench against my better judgement and didnt get it. My spotter said he was barely Helping me but I'm not counting it until I can get it by myself. On a better note though I was pleasantly surprised when I stepped on the scale this morning and it said 213.9! Haven't seen that in a LONG time! I'll write my final review up on FSXR either tonight or tomorrow.

Ok I have a few minutes to write a final review.


First I'd like to thank Aaron and all the guys at purus for the opportunity to log this product. The best thing for me about this product was its effect as a PWO. 2 FSXR's, I scoop jack3d and 1 scoop marinade has been the BEST PWO combo I've ever used and I've used alot. It kept me pumped and sweating in the gym and took away my hunger afterwards. Personally I never felt the "extreme focus" or "euphoric" feeling others did. But I'm very tolerant. The first couple weeks hunger was smashed and energy was good. But wore off as I feel I grew tolerant to it the last couple weeks. Not knocking this product or company at all because like I said I'm extremely tolerant. I took 4 pills a day with a 2/2 split for the last 2 weeks. I checked my logs and I was 222.7 the day before I started FSXR and just got off the scale at 213.4. So extremely happy with the product and will use it again. But I think I will use it on an as needed basis do I don't grow tolerant to it. Again thanks purus. Also I should throw in that my wife LOVES it. We bought her a bottle also and she responds very well to it and is caffeine sensitive.

Thanks man. I feel I could have lost alot more if I wasn't so worried about losing muscle mass also. Oh we'll though there's always next time.
