AH/AE/AM/AB, the ultimate recomp cycle

Everything was going great until I noticed a little tenderness/pain on my right nipple. I am glad that tomorrow is when I start hard it should put this back towards normal, should I up the dose ? Today is the first day I noticed this :(

Was thinking of maybe starting sustain alpha at 5 on 2 off or erase pro every other day as well.

weight is 174

Strength is up
Bigger arms for sure will measure soon. Upper body looks wider and more definition.
Vascularity is amazing
 
swelling is down this morning not as painful either... but if I touch it, it hurts pretty badly. took 3 hard 3 mass today so that is really 4.5 hard which should give my body a good amount of DHT.
 
gained strength on all my exercises and am maintaining at 174 right now. I am leaning out at the same time which is nice to see. It is probably because I stopped dermatherm last Friday. + enhance. more definition on all muscles. I will take pictures this weekend.

does anyone have an idea how the gyno started to form? it happened the day before week 5 started. Since I started AH it hasn't been bothering me much at all I think it's all head now. it's a very small spot but noticeable if u look hard enough...
Could it be from the topical 4 dhea? or maybe from accidentally putting dermacrine on my chest by not washing my hands before putting enhance on?
Or could it have been from Alpha bulk 4-dhea? I'm confused how this happened

I have confidence AH will work.

It was painful the first day I noticed it, since then it hasn't been painful. I have been avoiding it completely. but my friend touched it just messing around and within about 30minutes i got a heat sensation and itchiness
 
sorry I haven't updated in a while, I have been super busy. this past Saturday I finished the alpha mass. Still have alpha bulk which I am going to finish off probably this week or next. the gyno symptoms have subsided except for my right side being a very small amount puffier. Strength gains are very good I added weight to every exercise.

today is day 38
weight is 176 (+8 ) this is great because my obliques are showing more even though I gained 8 lbs in 5weeks.

Now hopefully I can hit 180 and maintain it. Will do a caliper test Friday and re weigh. Also will post pictures, it will be almost the end of week 6 which is the halfway point.

okay so today is the end of week 6 aka day 42. So far things have been pretty good not many cons. I have gained about 8lbs and I look noticeably larger. My mom, brother, and gf's mom all said I look bigger/ jacked. I haven't seen them in 4 weeks.

switched my workout up to a full body routine with cardio on the off days, I am going to test it today and officially start it Monday. it will be posted on the next post

I find that whenever I take 3 or more drive I get insomnia lol

I am going to the gym later so I will update weight / measurements later tonight.
 
Chest Focus days
3 x 6-8 barbell bent over Rows
3 x 5+ chin ups
4 x 4-6 squat
3 x 6-8 bench press
2 x 6-8 shoulder press
2 x 8-12 chest flys
2 x 8-12 overhead tricep extension
chest dips to failure

Back focus days
3 x 6-8 bench press
2 x 8-12 shoulder press or dumbbell
4 x 6-8 leg press / squat
3 x 6-8 dead lifts
3 x 5+ pull ups
3 x 6-8 barbell bent over rows
2 x 6-8 Upright rows/ High pull
2 x 6-8 barbell curl

Doing this Tuesday, Thursday, Sunday with HIIT training and hardcore abs on off days. Frequency for each muscle group is going up so hopefully I can see some drastic changes the next 6 weeks
 
Loving the new workout feeling super pumped afterwards. I weighed in at 179 yesterday but that must of been water weight bc no way I went up 3lbs.

Strength gains are happening constantly, I keep having to add weight/reps. I love this lol

Measured my waist and it was 32.5 but idk how accurate that is since I just ate, I will do measurements Saturday morning and record all of them again.

Saturday is the end of week 7. So I have left 8,9,10,11,12 left which should be plenty of time to solidify gains and lean up

I will probably cut back on calories the last 4 weeks. this depends on my weight and body fat. I love being on an all out bulk lol
 
So I did some fartleks today, damn that **** was hard! I did them with my buddy who was a cross country runner. he weighs 130 so he has a huge advantage he a small bitch haha jk lol it pushed me a lot harder because I had to keep up with him

I didn't finish my planned routine. i did this on the outside track. what I did was:

10minute warm up
break to stretch
30seconds on, 30 off
1 min on, 30 off
1min 30 seconds on, 30 off
2 minutes on, 30 off
1min 30seconds on, 30 off.

I did this straight through and had crazy cramps in my right obliques and calves.

I might drop the cycle back to 11 weeks since my AE will only last me to week 10.5 at the rate I am using it. If so I will increase the dosage of mass and hard to 4 for weeks 9,10,11

ehhh not anything unusual that I can't associate with my stressful lifestyle. But on the 1-dhea I noticed a lot. The week after I stopped it I started noticing a great increase in energy and drive, probably from the hard/mass.

No skin irritations for me. My friend on the other hand notices hives for a week and he never gets them. It hasn't happened since week 2 though
 
Today was an amazing workout, I set a PR in bench :) 185 x 8 x 2. The rest of my lifts were up. My Vascularity and pump today was amazing ! the sad part is my weight was 172 :( idk what's going on lol
 
I will probably get bloods done post PCT. I just need to learn how to do it without my
physician.
I realize that 914 is high, I would be personally satisfied with 700+.

So workouts have been phenomenal, best workouts of my lifting career. The pump I get makes my skin feel like it's about to rip. All my lifts have gone up drastically. Yesterday I set a PR on bench of 225 x 2.

Weight 176
arm measured 15.125 after workout which is the largest they have ever been.

So this is really kicked in now, I am loving it. We will see what I can make out of this the next two weeks. I am going to start sustain Saturday, I have been using TCF since Monday.

Pictures will be up in 2 weeks the last day of my cycle, also I will post a comparison pic from about a year ago of me at 160-165ish

So I was ordering some nootropics this weekend and found 11-oxo powder from a smart powder supplier and couldn't resist getting 10grams for 22$! I am going to run it at 300mg until week 11 is over and come week 12 I will up it to 600+mg. This will be a mini bridge into pct hopefully making it smoother

Workout today was fantastic, my endurance is amazing right now. I added some workouts in between my normal routine lol. Strength is amazing as well, I added weight and reps on bench, shoulder
press, and biceps.
 
life and school has gotten hectic lately.. I had a genetics, psych, and microbio exam. I haven't been to the gym since Sunday because of how much I have been studying. Gonna finish strong the next week and half
