To DreamWeaver and the gang... I spoke with the owners and they Loved the idea of someone getting to take 12caps/day (max dose). So it has been concluded that we will only be using 4 Loggers instead of 5, but one person (DreamWeaver's decision) gets to LOG it at 12caps/day.

Another LiL FYI, DreamWeaver... the owners wanted me to compliment you for them for your creative "out of the box" thinking! Thought I'd share that openly, especially considering how much of an incredible part of our team Doug has become and is, thanks Doug!

I'd give it a go but since Im running Ignite 2 and they'll be some over lap I'm getting extra already. But its your call I'm up for what ever.
 
I volunteered on page 11...so, i was first lol Ill swallow.. 12 caps of crea trona no problem. All day, everyday.

Ok it was close between Tyga and Rahl but I am choosing Rahl as I have worked with him before but I feel Tyga has good potential as a logger so I will be watching alll of you for future runs... we have some really exciting things coming so impress me guys...you won't be sorry. Good logs honest opinions, we don't want anything we haven't earned.

No... but please state that in your Log and be very specific as to what you are doing and why, etc.

I have a little secret to tell I tried that dosing after I read it on the bottle and it set me on fire!! Bang right away!!

LoL, I might have to give that a try, I have yet to take more than 6 caps 30mins prior to my workout! I mean 4caps is my usual, 6caps on Leg day, I can't even imagine 12caps, might try tomorrow right before bi's & tri's see if I can rip right out of my Fuggin skin Yo!!! All I know is trying to wash my hair after a good Bi & Tri workout with 4 caps is hard enough, LoL!

I only take 4 3 times a day I have not taken 6 or 12 at once....wow...

Is that you now cuz that is he best combo of size and lean I have seen on you, maybe not your leanest but way more size and still very lean...if you go down slowly from here over time you will be scary...
