Not set in stone but test E 650mg a week 1-14...SD 10mg 1-6 then Tbol 9-14 at 40mg...I'm going a lower dose of SD bc of back pumps...I may try 20 just to test it but I should be pretty lean by my next cycle so every little pound of muscle will show :)

Day 64;

Workout: shoulders, Abs and cardio...did a few shoulder exercises and killed my abs with some drop sets then blasted out 30 mins of cardio...strength was certainly uppppp

Diet: great overall....8 hour eating window...killed some eggs...milk...oatmeal and pork chops for around 2200 cals

Notes: went and added up all my hours I put into the gym this cycle and I'm 9 weeks in and have put in 91 hours worth of gym time with 52 workouts so out of 64 days I've lifted 52 of those :) this shows people that steroids will do nothing for you if you just lay around all day...you gotta bust your ass when your on!!!! You have the recovery power so use it!!! 91 hours lol damn haha

Today's going to be crazy! Work 7am to 4pm then a Kabbalah meeting at church then Back and Chest (as you all know is my fav) :)

Day 65

Workout: almost none but back and chest!! Had fun in the gym and really had an intense lift... Really pounded this stupid chest I'm tired of it not growing :p

Diet: eh started out perfect but ended up eating a slice of cheesecake with a waffle bowl ice cream sundae oh man it was great lol 2350 cals today

Notes: yes I did take a cool pic of my lats today but I won't post it lol I'm not a picture whore :p but anyway today was crazy busy...I was moving for a solid 13 hours before I had time to do really anything so needless today I was BEAT but I was looking at my log and said wow screw this I'm on cycle I need to go kill it at the gym so I went :)
 
Day 65

hey bro, how often you hitting chest? i used to hit mine twice a week, usually like sunday/thursday or tuesday/saturday. i refuse to bench on a monday. i've actually shrunk and lost a little strength now that i'm hitting it once a week and later on in the week. twice a week may help you a bit, or it may not. if you've got a good spotter i'd say hit it hard. 5 sets, 5 reps pyramid up in weight 10-20lbs a set until you cant push 5. on the last set that you WILL fail on, hit force reps to make it to 5 or maybe 6 reps if you fail at 4. turn your bench into an ego thing. you'll get it to grow.

no problem man. its the most over developed characteristic of my physique. i'm sure i can help if its needed. another thought, i've been doing some reading, declines. they recruit more pec muscle fiber than flats or inclines, that will equate to more mass.

I agree declines are pretty crucial for mass. My chest is definitely a strength of mine. It doesn't show as much in pictures but in person it stands out on first sight. My decline press is as strong if not stronger then my flat and I think it definitely says something about importance for chest development. Just my 2 cents.

Workout: None...really needed a day off since I've been lifting hard this week including that 2 a day

Diet: didn't exist today lol I just felt I needed a cheat day to help me mentally

Notes: goodbye anavar...as much as it is helping lean up I can't take the BP problems at all!! I was dizzy and light headed last night so my fiancé checked my BP and it was 170/101!! Even with 3g of hawthorn screw that ****!!! I can't imagine what it is when I'm actually lifting! Oh man that freaks me out so I'm going to ride this test out these last few weeks solo

Day 67:

Workout: arms...usually not my fav but today was great!! Killer pump strength was increased...really worked my arms with some super sets oh man they were seriously pumped it was great!

Diet: perfect lol 2k calories 100g of carbs all immediately post workout the rest fat and protein...just perfect

Notes: got a stationary bike to sit and do cardio while I watch net flix now so I'll be adding an hour of that every day at night its seriously time to shred up guys!!
