Day 61

Workout: chest and tris...really pushed my chest workout hitting it hard from all different angles on my flies and I must say this var is crazy for strength gains!!!! Incline flies I hit 12 reps with 60lbs!!! Killer lol vascularity was insane from my carb up yesterday and energy was fantastic

Diet: we'll I spent 2 hours lifting so ended up not eating anything until 3pm but totally didn't bring enough food to work all I brought was 8oz 95/5 ground beef...8 scrambled eggs mixed with cheese and pepperoni...ran out of almonds so that killed me calories...but immediately post workout I ate a honey bun with 2 scoops of protein also ate some toasted ritz chips (they are amazing) total calories was only 1400 calories so when I get home I'm going to eat 600 calories worth of peanut butter

Notes: var is still messing with my BP slightly nothing to major...vascularity is through the roof! Had fun lifting today and looking at my forearms and delts and seeing veins popping out...wanted to do cardio post workout but had no time I just kept lifting and lifting lol also I hit a rep PR on my bench I put up 225 12 times 2 times in a row with little rest...great lift I must say my chest is sore!!! I love it!!!!

Could def stack on some extra pounds & get less reps.

I'd say you over 300 on bench now pretty easily. That's an insane gain from where u were 20 weeks ago. Good Job broseph

193lbs this morning...most of my shirts are larges but I have a few mediums but they are tight around my arms like to tight and my bf is 10% according to the calipers
 
Day 62:

Workout: back and biceps....only lifted for 1 hour but it was intense! I took very little rest between sets and did some super setting so it was an intense workout

Diet: loads of protein and loads of carbs at about 3200 calories today...so I'm all carbed up and caloried up for legs tomorrow!!! Oh yeah then cardio in the PM

Notes: I must say I'm feeling great...really thinking I should of had my test at 750mg but oh well I'm happy with my results and still got 4 weeks left so there is still time to change a bit...also I won't be posting anymore pics until my final pics which I should be pretty lean in....next time I'll be leaner before I start my next cycle and just focus on lean bulking...you live and you learn I guess lol btw anavar is crazy for vascularity lol omg!!!!! Mix it with loads of water and carbs and oh ****ttttt

Listen from everythig I've seen and read on this log there's absolutely no reason to look back and feel short changed by not going 750. This has been a hell of a ride and I've been real bad at keeping up. Because the log of you on 750 for round two is gonna be ludicrous.

Now let's see if you can put the camera down for 4 weeks. Well all be dying.

Can you just make that thread already so I can subscribe early??? I would not feel bad getting the gains you have gotten and the shear amount of fat you lost. Hell if I get the same results you have so far in my 16 weeker coming up I would as thrilled as the German Kid in Charlie and the Chocolate Factory in the edible room.

Day 63

Workout:Today was one of those days that separates the men from the boys...Got up early and hit legs hard with cardio around 9am...then realized that I wanted to go back to the gym later on (around 2) so I flexed my muscles to see what wasn't sore lol and actually it was my chest! So I went back to the gym and pounded my chest and tris to all hell...wow what a great workout 245lb bench 10 reps!! so I went 265lb and got 4 reps with no spotter so I could of got 5-6 I know...as for legs I was squatting 315 10 reps 4 times...man that was beast!!! Felt like passing out lol but yeah I still killed it

Diet:Id say it was pretty great for all the work I did today...around 175g of carbs and 300g of protein and the rest was fat for around 2600 cals since my total burn was estimated at 3200 today...hamburger...eggs and a Mchicken lol I was hungry ok haha

NotesBP wasnt great today it was 158/90 but still nothing to get worried over...great day over all with a total time of 3 hours and 22 mins in the gym today! lol oh man I love anabolics!!!!!!!!!!!!

I also did legs yesterday, First time I have had a protein shake with glutamine and BCAAs after a workout and now I am not sore at all..... Never going without again.

No I stayed at 500mg I'm going 650mg for my
May cycle but it's weird my balls are hanging low and normal size lol they never changed :p

just test again with some assorted orals, or are you going to throw some deca or eq or maybe even some masteron in there? if you go into it lean-around 10% if not lower, masteron would be sweet. since its spring time i'd say mast, eq or tren. get shredded up for summertime bro! i plan on killing some test prop, tren ace or npp and masteron for my spring cycle, maybe a little sd up front and some winni var or tbol to close it.
