SNS Beta Alanine expiration

I still have about half of one of the big 500 cap Beta Alanine containers, but it expired in January 2012. Is the product still effective at this point, or should I just get some new? Thanks
 
Thanks! They've been stored up in the kitchen cabinet for over a year, so I'll go ahead and finish them off.

Just like everyone else said, unless they've been improperly stored, they will likely be just fine.
 
I've stored mine in my closet and it gets really hot in that room at summer.
But they are still as effective giving me the tingles. The powder in the cap is more of a beige instead of pure white but that don't concern me :D

Parathesia is a sure fire way to know it's working. I've gone as far as taking 1 cap BA 6 times daily with 50+g carbs in an attempt to blunt it. I can't stand the parathesia.

Yeah, I went ahead and took it, and the parathesia was in full force! I forgot how awful that 45 minutes of rubbing my face was! I get the tingling whether I take a single 750mg cap or 6 at one time. I think I may try taking the full loading dose (6-8 caps) at one time tomorrow.

Haha, you guys. When the tingling starts never rub your face or ears, it only gets worse from there :D
(Well except if you like it :lol:)
I'm just glad my ballz don't start to tingle when taking BA :rofl:

I remember when RPN produced a personal lubricant a few years ago (Slick something or other) and they included BA. I never understood that, and I never really wanted to find out what it's like to rub one out with BA...:yikes:

Yep. It's the worst on my nose, ears, and finger tips for some reason. I always spend the better part of 30-45 minutes wondering if I'm going to scratch my face off today (when I dose it all at once).
 
I also have a bottle of caps I wanna begin using again. It's been a year since I last used them, and they were purchased a year ago... I cannot find an exp on the bottle anywhere....
Anyway to tell if they're still good besides downing them and waiting for the tingles lol

They should be good if they havent been exposed to heat or moisture

I've used old sns beta alanine caps and they are still good to go. I have a worse time with older powders but anything capped usually keeps well.
