Orange OxiMega Greens SOY??

I wanted to try a new Greens product and Orange OxiMega Greens. However, I am concerned about the Soy Lecithen it contains. This product contains 900mg per serving, is this something I should be worried about? I have been trying to stay away from soy because of the Estrogen-Like compounds. Thanks

I wouldn't worry about this. I'm a big Oximega fan and I can still pee standing up.

works for me, I'm sure that probably won't hurt considering I've basically eliminated all other soy from my diet.

Would still like to see it taken out....there is more to soy than estrogen. Its bad for your thyroid as well.

Lecithins are oily substances that occur naturally in plants (soybeans). It has a high choline content. The amount in Oximega Greens will do zilch to your homeostasis.

Soy lecithins are used in LOTS of things as a binding agent as well, such as in dough. It's really good at keeping ingredients seperate (such as in Oximega Greens, there is alot of different ingredients.) Think of it as a natural silica packet.
